Set on the beautiful Buttercup Barn Retreat resort in Wootton Bridge, Bay is surrounded by rural views that mean you’ll feel a world away from home. The stable door means you can leave the top half open and enjoy the sight of the scenery while you take time out inside, and the open plan design of this circular yurt-style lodge means it’s bright and welcoming for those times when you’re content to curl up and chill out.

The table and chairs outside the hut means you can dine al fresco and look for wildlife while you tuck in, and then retreat inside and get cosy. Thanks to a window in the roof, you’ll wake to find the light peeping in and coaxing you back outside for another day of adventures. With the town of Ryde just a 15-minute drive away in one direction and the sailing resort of Cowes 15 minutes away in the other, you’ll have plenty of choice when it comes to venturing further afield during your stay.
