The listing says check in is at 3:00, but didn't received check in instructions until after 5:00. There is an unexpected step down between the main area and the kitchen (which you must go through to get to the bathroom). «Nice clean home on the Russian River. Beautiful redwoods throughout the area. Peaceful sounds of a waterfall and creek near by. Thankful for a great place to go with our four legged kid, Goldie. The only thing that would have made the trip slightly better would be a king size bed in the bedroom. Beautiful and peaceful vacation spot.»

«We stayed at the Riverside Cottage for 3 weeks and it was so peaceful, relaxing and homey. It was just me and my husband and we enjoyed every minute. The place is only 7 minutes from downtown Healdsburg, but far enough away to feel like you are tucked away in the woods. It was perfect for the two of us.»

«When you walked in, the house is very open and welcoming. They have everything that you need, no need to run to store for shampoo/conditional. Kitchen has all the appliances. Beds are comfortable and clean. A great getaway for girls or family trips. We would definitely come back.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at this small but very comfortable cottage. So many pros- hard to name them all: Great location just a few mins to downtown. Very peaceful and quiet, beautiful landscaping and almost rural setting with vineyards and very large lots- no neighbors close by except for the owner's house. The 3 car owner's garage blocks views of the owner's house so you have a lot of privacy. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding, comfy sofa and living room furniture, convenient washer ...
