«Ubumwe is a central hotel in Kigali with all facilities. It was easy to communicate with them in advance about late arrival/check-in and pick-up from airport. My room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Breakfast on the top floor of the building is amazing, as you can see the sunrise while eating. Breakfast had a big selection of cold and hot food. Reception is always helpful. A young man there even helped me post my postcards from post office as the post office was closed on Saturdays ...

«Very convenient and nice hotel in the centre of Kigali. The rooms are large with a good bathroom. It has both a fridge and a sofa that I appreciated, plus a good breakfast with nice views. The staff where friendly and smiling, and dinner at the Bamboo restaurant was very good. So I would stay again!»

«Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off»

«What a great place to stay! Close to Simba Supermarked and a great chinese restaurant. The staff are so nice, polite, helpful and kind. The only negative was the breakfast. No buffet, the chef make the breakfast, but it takes a lot of time. I often eat my breakfast out of Oasis. »
