Not sure if I would ever stay here again but there aren't many good options in Águas Calientes.»

«Our room was very basic but very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a little noisy at times - the walls are thin. Curiously, there was no hot water hookup to the bathroom sink (we turned on the shower if we needed hot water). Location was excellent and the included breakfast was good.»

«Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable.»

«Super sentral, very friendly staff,great breakfast, best shower so far. My only complain is to little electric outlets and how loud it is. If someone is in the hallway or outside the hotel it feels like they are in the room with you. Nothing my earplugs didn't fix, but I would bring that. Other than that, everything was great. »

«Vi fikk oppgradert til et bedre rom, som var veldig fint med vinduer ut mot elven. Man får fruktsalat på bestilling og frokosten var veldig bra! I tillegg hadde de HBO på engelsk, som var til god hjelp for oss som var litt syke under oppholdet.»

«The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.»
