If you enjoy an active lifestyle, you can walk the beautiful canal paths for miles with Hillmorton Locks (0.9 miles) and a quaint café (2.5 miles) along the way, or explore Draycote Water Country Park (6.5 miles), a haven for sailing, fishing and wildlife spotting in the heart of scenic wetlands. In between these is a fully equipped bathroom and storage cupboard. One of the bedrooms has internal access to the garage where you will find modern laundry facilitates and storage space. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout with nine separately controlled zones allowing all guests to set their room temperature, just right.
There is a side balcony and steps from the lounge leading down into the enclosed patio, a secure and safe space for pets or children to play. Sheltered by a pergola, this area includes outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub, inviting you to fully relax. At the front of the property, there is private parking available for two cars.
