«Ubumwe is a central hotel in Kigali with all facilities. It was easy to communicate with them in advance about late arrival/check-in and pick-up from airport.
My room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Breakfast on the top floor of the building is amazing, as you can see the sunrise while eating. Breakfast had a big selection of cold and hot food.
Reception is always helpful. A young man there even helped me post my postcards from post office as the post office was closed on Saturdays ...
