«This is my second day at the Kingsley and the staff and service have been outstanding. On both visits, I actually met one of the owners who was kind and gracious. The bar selection is amazing, especially if you’re a whiskey drinker. I will try to stay there at least for a short while on all of my visits.»

«I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. «Don't let the photos fool you! As it looks all perfect...it's not. Bed is so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Towels looks so overused that you don't want to use them anymore. Aircondition never gets cold. Not worth the money, not worthcalling the hotel a four star hotel.»

«Booked a family room. Bed, room size and staff is ok. However, we didn't feel safe in the room. Windows have sliding glass doors with defective locks. Toilet is old and not well maintained, cabinets are so dusty, sink in the kitchen has some cockroach poops, found 2 baby cockroaches on the floor and spider webs around the ceiling. There's also 1 room inside that's locked and we all didn't feel comfortable on it. No elevator as well so its not suitable for people who travels with heavy luggages.»

«My room was great. Had a superior balcony which gave me a little nook in the room with a table and 2 chairs. Outside my door was a porch with table and chairs to have our meals where we could sit for hours.»

«This maybe a small hotel but our experience was great. Check in process was fast and staff were pro active to our needs. Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. We showered and changed, and they sent someone in our room to let us know that our order was ready and gave us the option for room service or if we want to dine in their restaurant.
