«Rooms is clean, breakfast not great and was cold I dislike cold eggs and other things that should be at least warm and I was the first one at the buffet. The support staff is excellent but the desk staff needs improvement. I waited 20 mins for a greeting when I arrived and then kept acting confused, with 4 people standing over each other and talking.

«Don't let the photos fool you! As it looks all perfect...it's not. Bed is so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Towels looks so overused that you don't want to use them anymore. Aircondition never gets cold. Not worth the money, not worthcalling the hotel a four star hotel.»

«This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors.
Please address maintenance issues»
