«First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot.
Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and ...

«My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Buckland Manor. The staff was so lovely, the room was always clean, and the food…unbelievable! The staff was also so kind of let us know about the history of the manor which was fascinating. We have told many friends and family about this place and we will definitely be back. »

«Et fantastisk sted som vi booket for 7 mnd siden. Vi var tydeligvis de sist ankomne den dagen og fikk et rom borthjemt med utsyn rett mot de som satt i garden. Greit nok rom, MEN, badet var lite med skyvedør som ikke kunne lukkes. Ikke spesielt ok å være på toilettet. »

«When I called day ahead to ask about transportation, the lady at the reception laughed at me for asking if I could find an Uber. Our room was lovely, spacious and luxurious. We loved using the pool daily, and it ended up being the most popular activity. Sadly on our arrival, I had noticed that my luggage was damaged and couldn't be properly closed. The tennis court was full of cracks, making it hard to play. During our first dinner at the restaurant we were served bland soup and oversalted fish. ...
