"Really enjoyed staying at the Coral Strand. The hotel staff made the stay very pleasant and our room overlooking the ocean was a dream ❤️ Beau Vallon as an area was super cool! "Ignored us when we were checking in. No welcoming or asked if we wanted to seat for waiting. Too slow checking us in. They forgot my birthday settings in the room even when we reminded them prior the arrival 6x through email. Would not come back. Wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, maybe at best a ..."
