Our stylish open-plan kitchen and living space is designed for comfort and convenience, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the local surroundings. The living area features two leather couches, perfect for unwinding in front of the smart TV with access to streaming services.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including Bosch induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all essential utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table for four, making it easy to enjoy meals together in a cosy, inviting setting.

Large windows and tasteful decor provide a bright, airy atmosphere, adding to the charm and comfort of your stay.



The master bedroom is a luxurious space with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, a full-length mirror, and a wall-mounted TV. The twin bedroom is brightly decorated with fitted wardrobes, ideal for families. The bathroom features a low profile shower tray with power shower, designed for easy accessibility and comfort, with a heated towel rail, LED mirror, and shaving point for added comfort along with complimentary Scottish Fyne Soaps toiletries, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure nothing is overlooked in this exquisite apartment.

Kerrycroy sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and allows one well behaved dog.

The property has a communal private walled back garden with picnic benches, garden bike lockers with e-bike charging socket (2 bikes per locker, personal padlock required). We have a communal laundry cupboard which includes a washing machine/tumble dryer  which can be used from 8am - 10pm daily. (guest will supply own detergents etc).

Entrance into the property is at the rear, through the passageway up a slight ramp and you are at front door of Kerrycroy apartment.

To make your arrival even more special, a thoughtfully curated welcome pack awaits, featuring tea, coffee pods, sugar, and a selection of delightful Scottish sweet treats.

Housekeeping starter pack provided (Bin liner, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid).

We  provide travel cot, mattress and bedding, high chair and baby bath.



We offer our holiday residents off street parking.

Children's board games, jigsaw's and some books are their for your enjoyment.
