«We rented this house in Buti for a week in September/October. Both the house and the small "mountain" village Buti was a fantastic place. Although we were getting close to the fall season, the weather was excellent, and the beautiful pool (with everything kids need) was used every day. «First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). «The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍»

«Große geräumige Villa, tolles großes umzäuntes Gelände, mit Hund dafür super geeignet. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Villa ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber für uns war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was für uns etwas störend war, ist dass einige Baustellen außen rum sind, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, jedoch wäre es bestimmt für manche eine wichtige Information. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ♥️»

«Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto.»

«Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein eher steiniger Strand (Wasserschuhe nicht vergessen!), zahlreiche Fischrestaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Küche und sehr bequemen Betten. Im Badezimmer müsste die Duschkabine repariert werden. Die Gastgeberin gibt viele Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und steht online für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.»
