Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included within the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price. The price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.



Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, in the bedrooms and living room

We remind you that air conditioners usually cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home.



What dimension does the pool have?

It measures 3.5 x 8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.80m.



How are the beds?

There are 2 double beds of 160x200cm and 2 single beds of 90x200cm



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
