Welcome to your accommodation on Roses beach! Our spacious apartment is situated right by the sea and guarantees you an unforgettable holiday with all the comforts you need. Enjoy dinner on the large terrace, where the sea breeze will make your evenings unforgettable.

The location is excellent: a quiet area, right on the beach and close to bars, shops and the beautiful seafront promenade. The tourist bus stop is just 50 metres away.

The flat is very spacious, bright and has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes for your comfort:

Bedroom 1: double bed.

Bedroom 2: double bed.

Bedroom 3: two single beds.

Note: Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the terrace.

Living room: spacious, with a table for 6 people.

Open-plan kitchen: very cosy; cook whilst looking out at the sea and enjoy this moment together.

Bathroom: fully renovated, equipped with a bath.

Security deposit: This will be charged to your credit card upon arrival.

Pets: permitted for an additional charge of €50 per booking.

Times: Arrival and departure times are flexible (depending on the season).

Bed linen and towels: not included. These can be hired at a cost of €16 per person.

Cot: available on request at a cost of €30 per booking.

Tourist tax: €1.75 per day per person (aged 16 and over), maximum 7 days.
