House is the only house on a gated lane. Lots of space!! Was very happy with being able to let the dog out, stay on the deck and not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. «This is an excellent property. Built in 1906 with high ceilings and dark wood trim throughout, it has been updated with all the modern conveniences. View was spectacular. We saw many different birds, including a bald Eagle, pelicans, geese, egrets and cormorants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home.House was very private and centrally located between Astoria and Longbeach. Ours was a family vacation with grandparents, adult children and grandchildren.»

«This area was peaceful for the most part. The people across from us were installing concrete to expand their front yard area so it was noisy while they were there. Other than that, it would be nice to have larger kennel for our dogs.»
