«Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.»

«We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap ...

«This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow ...

«As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was ...

Easily one of the best and most captivating places that I have ever stayed. I will be wistfully thinking about the view from the pool until I am able to return. The entire property is amazing. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations.
