Først det negative: AC på rommet og avtrekk på bad virket ikke, treg spyling i toalettet, og hårføner som kortsluttet pga uisolerte ledninger(!), samt at første natt var dobbeltbooket hvor vi ble geleidet til et annet rom litt lenger ned i gata. Det positive var at resepsjonen var hjelpsom, rommet var generelt i grei stand og var rent. Plasseringen til hotellet er veldig sentralt og det var kort vei til alle attraksjoner samt terminalen.

three single beds jammed together in small room
Good position but room configuration was not comfortable for three adults 2 singles beds jammed together with another connected long ways at the foot of the bed Horrible bed configuration for 3 adults. Room was so small Even though we booked for 3 and there was no space for suitcases and getting organised

Sehr zentrale Lage, dafür eher unterdurchschnittliche Ausstattung, defekte Dusche, teilweise Schimmel im Bad, sowie weitere Probleme. Das Frühstück hingegen war in Ordnung, wenn auch mit zu wenig Personal ausgestattet. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

1）the location is great, supermarket, shops and restaurants nearby. 2) the room floor was really dirty and dusty. They don’t even swept the floor because I found small sheet of paper, very obvious dust balls and a ballpen on the floor. Those things were easy to spot you won’t miss it if cleaner really do her job! I could’t Stand it, I immediately used the wet tissues to wipe the floor by myself! 3) we booked the 3 persons room ( we had 4 persons, 2 was child) , we doubled confirm with the front desk, could my youngest child have free breakfast, she replied yes since he just 4 yrs old, however when we checked out , the other front dest staff insisted to change for the b’fast fee for my child. We just pay for it finally cos we didn’t want to argue anymore.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, quarto de bom tamanho, assim como o banheiro. Moderno e bonito. Hotel bem pequeno. Chegamos antes do horário do check In, e não havia local para deixar as malas. A atendente nos orientou a deixá-las no meio do corredor de entrada. Não havia banheiro para os hóspedes utilizarem fora do quarto, mas nos ofereceram o banheiro dos funcionários. Café da manhã gostoso, sem muitas opções. Hotel simples mas bom custo beneficio.

great location
The rooms are average. We did have a leak in our room ceiling that was tended to right away but must have been there ongoing because there was a musty smell to the room and the ceiling stained (fabreeze helped lol). Breakfast was a cold breakfast probably wouldn't do that option again for the price (pastries, hard boiled egg, yogurt, cereal). The attendant however was very nice and when the coffee machine ran out of cups she let me know about the espresso machines that she could make a cappuccino which she graciously did for me when we came to breakfast each time. The staff were as helpful as they could be with language barrier, even helped us call our shuttle for us and had a wine bottle opener for us. We were locked in the lobby one day for about 5mins but got out in time lol. An ice machine would have been very nice and a coffee tea spot for daytime. The only real complaint was the shower door was a half glass door and the open side splashed the toilet tissue and the towels were a little scratchy. The location is the best part of this hotel VERY central to walk to most everything. I little market across the street for sodas and snacks was nice. We would stay again.

Excellent location for visiting Rome
When we first arrived we were too early for checking in so we were informed we could leave our suitcases on level 1 but it wasn't a secured storage area. As we had all out valuable items with us we did and went an explored the local area. A few hours later we were able to check in only to discover we had been allocated a small double room instead of the standard double room we paid for. When we brought this to the receptionists attention, she was very apologetic and moved us straight away. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable and we had a Juliette balcony which overlooked the street. We had fresh towels every day and replacement shampoo and body wash samples. The only negative point would be the pillows. We requested 2 more pillows but probably could have down with 4 more (3 each) as they were quite flat. For breakfast we had a choice of 3 different types of cereal, croissants, a variety of cakes, toast, rolls, cold meat and cheese. There was a good selection of jams and Nutella. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with 5 different types of coffee to choose from. The location was excellent, with a 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum, and Trevi fountain. About a 30 minute walk to Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps. The Vatican and the Castle Saint D'Angelo was probably around 45 minutes to an hour away, depending how quickly you walked. There was a convenient supermarket nearby and plenty of souvenir shops to choose from.

Albergo comodo e con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione centralissima e comodissima. A piedi puoi arrivare anche oltre Tevere, A due passi dai Fori, dal centro. Servita da bus e vicina al Metro di Piazza della Repubblica.

Average hotel in good location
We booked a room for 4 nights but on arrival we noticed a few things wrong with the room, just small things but still frustrating. The in room safe couldn't be opened, bulb missing from floor lamp, TV channels not working etc. The shower was also really bad as in no pressure so it took me about 10 mins to rinse shampoo completely from my hair! We mentioned these problems on the first night but were told nothing could be done about them until the following day. Went back to the girl on reception the following morning and she gave us a different room. The safe still didn't work but everything else was an improvement! The breakfast was ok and more than just a croissant and coffee that some hotels I looked at were offering. However, on the last morning we were obviously the last to go for breakfast 20mins before it finished and there was only cereal and croissants left, they had run out of everything else!! The location is good and the building itself is quite nice, the decor in the corridors and stairs was quite quirky. The night porter was a lovely friendly man who let us in the front door when we returned late at night. Overall it was ok but they just need to keep on top of the minor maintenance issues.

Room VERY small
We booked the small double room and I can confirm that it was really small. There was not a wardrobe and there was not even place to open the suitcase. Additionally the shower courtain was old and dirty. We asked receptionist if it was possible to change the room, but she said that all rooms were booked (in spite of the fact that I found free rooms in internet). The positive things were the location and the breakfast.

Cassaforte non funzionante, mai offerta una soluzione - dicono che lo sapevano già ma purtroppo il tecnico non sarebbe potuto arrivare. Solo in tarda mattinata del giorno antecedente la partenza offrono cambio camera.. e se le camere erano tutte così tanto valeva restare lì e godersi il sole di Roma. Ventilazione a soffitto con strati di polvere; capelli sulle lezuola non nostri; asciugamani logori e con i buchi; saponetta usata da altri ospiti abbandonata sul contorno murale della doccia e mai tolta; muffa nera sul piatto doccia; assenza di coprimaterasso e lenzuolo appoggiato direttamente sul materasso molto vecchio. Unica nota positiva del soggiorno la posizione strategica per visitare Roma.

Modern conveniences, great location, smelly AC
We stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights. The room was modern and very tidy. We especially loved the modern bathroom and awesome shower, but disappointed that the balcony was shared with the breakfast area, which allowed no privacy on the balcony in the morning. The biggest problem we had was with the AC. The room was sweltering when we arrived and had to work with the front desk multiple times to have it actually turn on. Once it did finally start working, it pumped bathroom/sulfur smells into the room. We also brought this up to reception and they said they'd have a technician come look at it, but when we returned, it still smelled bad. It smelled badly for the rest of our stay.

Curioso albergo "in verticale".
Stanza piccola, ma confortevole con tutto il necessario e divano con vista su Roma. Bella esperienza la colazione in veranda sui tetti della città. Purtroppo, abbastanza degradato il contorno urbano, nonostante si sia lungo una delle principali vie di Roma e vicino al Ministero degli Interni (Viminale): troppa gente abbandonata in strada e degrado della realtà commerciale, composta perlopiù da negozi "ad uso turisti" o "ad uso immigrati" (in nessuno dei due casi sono locali, che rendono merito alla città...)

Hotel was centrally located to metro and a lot of great sites and restaurants. The staff was nice, aside from a snotty attitude from the woman at the front desk and getting locked IN the hotel by another worker(apparently they do this daily when they get the croissants for the Bfast buffet).

Grossest hotel, when in Rome don't stay here
To start our experience at this hotel we were told check in wasn't until 4pm which is untrue. We had to leave our bags out in the lobby without security, so we didn't waste the day sitting in the hotel lobby. The room was truly gross, just look at the pictures. There were stains everywhere and each morning there were crawling bugs that came from the holes in the walls of the bathroom. Rome is magical don't tarnish your experience by staying this less than 1 star hotel.

Kind of B&B for S small size peeple...
Access to it is a little difficult since you have to climb twelve/fifteen or more high steps with your luggage.Obviously exit is much trickier because you can fall headlong.. There is not a lobby, but a very little space where the concierge is situated along with a a small, soft seat with no back for 2 persons, We were given a very small room It was so small, that it was not possible for us ( two people) to spend the night and use the facilities together. In order to avoid extra international calls to London to Hotel.com, useless talks and complains from both sides on a saturday evening, one of us had to leave and sleep in another hotel nearby. The bathroom was extremely small and there were only two towels (for shower and hands), which is the ultimate proof that the room was a SINGLE room. It looked like the hotel was made for hobbits, fairy tales dwarfs or for S small size people.. The noise of the street was so loud that at night it was very difficult to sleep. On the second day of our stay, we were given a bigger room. WiFI was another major issue, since you have to set your cellular phone with the security number to be found on the screen of the TV set : any time you switch the TV on and off, you have to set it back accordingly...A true nightmare.... The breakfast on the terrace was just ok, but the lady in charge was very gentle. The room was not cheap at all at $ 120 per night.

Céntrico pero con muchísimos problemas.
El hotel es pequeño y bastante céntrico, el cuarto y baño son bonitos. La cama es muy rígida y no se puede dormir bien, falta luz en el cuarto ya que en las noches casi no se puede ver bien. Desayunos. Son pésimos! La actitud de quien atiende es pésima. Solo hay pan y cereal y juego, el jugo no es natural y la cantidad de pan es superior limitada, cuando se acaba no te ponen más. El hotel cierra sus puertas a horas inesperadas y tienes que esperar para entrar o salir a que llegue la persona de recepción. Un día casi se nos va el tren por que las puertas del hotel estaban cerradas y no podíamos salir. Al final de la estancia nos cobran un impuesto extra el cual nunca nos lo mencionaron al llegar. Es simplemente un hostal de mala calidad este lugar, no se dejen engañar.

Lo siento Sr. Rodrigo que captó sólo los aspectos negativos de su estancia en nuestro hotel, pido disculpas en nombre del hotel si el desayuno no era de su agrado ,por la luz inadecuada en su habitación si nos hubiera informado de la incomodidad sin duda habriamos resueto su malestar, en relación con el hecho de la puerta cerrada no es cierto, nadie desaparece durante demasiado tiempo desde la recepción excepto para aportar algo a los clientes en el hotel o ir a en el sala de desayunos, o en la mañana para recoger los croissants. Por el impuesto extra se refiere a la tasa de estancia emitida por el municipio de Roma lo sentimos que su experiencia fue tan negativo si usted nos daría otra oportunidad la próxima vez vamos a hacer todo lo posible para no deceptionarla .

Estuvimos en el hotel en dos ocasiones en las que nos asignaron habitaciones diferentes. La primera era más grande y cómoda, al igual que su baño. La segunda tenía una forma irregular y era más pequeña, apenas sin espacio para dejar las maletas y sin armarios ni caja fuerte. El baño también era pequeño y algo incómodo. La primera noche que pasamos en esta habitación pequeña hizo frío; a la mañana siguiente avisamos al personal del hotel y se solucionó. El sistema de wifi es atroz. Funciona a través del televisor, por lo que cada vez que uno lo apaga se pierde la conexión y no se recupera automáticamente (cada vez que se enciende se genera una nueva clave). La cafetería donde se sirven los desayunos está en la terraza del edificio, cerrada con ventanales. La temperatura no es confortable (demasiado baja). Tampoco hay cubertería ni vajilla adicional, por lo que uno debe reutilizar la cucharilla del café (muy pequeña) para tomar cereales o yogures y emplear el mismo plato y taza para todo. La temperatura en las zonas comunes (pasillos y ascensor) es muy baja, lo que resulta muy poco confortable (nuestra estancia en el hotel tuvo lugar en el mes de enero). El tramo inicial de entrada desde la calle hasta la recepción tiene unos escalones que obligan a cargar con las maletas, por lo que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Bien mais attention au bruit de la rue
Bien placé, accueil agréable, chambre moderne plaisante. Seul problème toutes les chambres donnent sur la Via Nazionale qui est très passante, mieux vaut prévoir les bouchons d'oreille pour passer une nuit sereine.

Custo/benefício ok. Bem localizado. Bom serviço. O único inconveniente foi o chuveiro. No ultimo dia de minha estadia, houve um problema no hotel e todos os quartos ficaram sem água quente para tomar banho.

Hotel in discrete condizioni, con ingresso un pò anonimo. Discreta la permanenza nello stesso ma non ammissibile il fatto che alla reception in alcuni momenti ci si allontana e chiudano la porta di ingresso all'hotel lasciando gli ospiti ad attendere fuori.

Gentile Signore la ringraziamo per il suo commento, ci tengo a precisare che non è nostra abitudine chiudere la porta d'ingresso per molto tempo , se un cliente ha bisogno di qualcosa o se arriva un carico o la mattina per andare a prendere i cornetti , ma l'attesa non è mai troppo lunga. Ci scusiamo per il disagio creatogli .

very very bad experience!!!
very bad experience stay in this hotel, the whole hotel no hot water for whole night in the winter time!!! we can't take shower... their staff not helpful, not friendly, very poor attitude, i will remind all traveler not choose stay this hotel.

I'm sorry for your bad experience but wasn't as awful as you describe , I know it happened but at late night we can't solve the problem right away we had to call a plumber and He solved the problem the morning. Thank you for yourgrumble The staff not Helpful
