WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. People everywhere, streets lined with trash & took an hour to find parking. To then take another hour to find the location, even with multiple local’s assistance. We knocked, rang the buzzer & called both numbers on the door….. but no one answered & we were forced to get a room at another hotel. Then they wouldn’t refund us cuz they have a no cancellation policy!!!! Unreal.

Shady neighborhood, shady manager.
As soon as we walked into the room, we immediately opened the app and rebooked another hotel, even though it was too late for a refund. Neighborhood was rough, staff was not very professional, and the building was so run down that the elevator felt like a death-trap. The manager ‘Maria’ offered to rent the rooms to someone else and wire me the money they paid, but when I checked in with her about that two says later she accused me of being mistrustful, claimed to be insulted by the accusation, and told me to contact Hotels.com if I had a problem. I apologized, but she ignored me. Not the behavior of an honest person trying to help.

Great host
Everything was great besides parking. Breakfast was free daily, clean rooms, mostly quiet area. The host gave us his umbrella during a heavy rain day. There is no on site parking as advertised, luckily we were able to find free lot parking. The parking was 0.5 ish kilometer away in very busy area. I’d advise not having a car unless your from the country and know your way around.

Nulla di eccezionale
Esperienza abbastanza positiva una volta raggiunta la destinazione e consegnata la camera. La procedura di check-in non è stata molto immediata, infatti recato sul posto e suonato il campanello, la risposta è stata che la prenotazione non risultava e dopo circa 1 ora di spiegazioni, mi hanno dato la camera. La stessa abbastanza confortevole con il plus di avere una vasca idro all'interno della stanza, oltre al bagno con doccia privato. Il costo alto però non è assolutamente giustificato. Colazione mediocre con prodotti confezionati di media qualità. Nulla di preparato al momento!

Huone oli todella siisti ja miellyttävä. Ainoastaan ilmastoinnin kanssa sai takkuilla. Sillä Emme meinanneet saada laitetta päälle välillä ollenkaan. Samalla huoneen viilentäminen kesti kauan. Aamupala oli yksitoikkoinen. Paahtoleipää ja voita/marmelaadia. Jugurttia ja groisantteja. Sijainti oli aivan ok. Metrolla pääsi helposti keskustaan.

The room was okay in general, but jacuzzi wasn't clean at all. Therefore, we weren't able to use it. It is a room in the residential apartment, not a hotel.

Honeymoon in Rome
It was quite difficult to find, but once we eventually got to our room it was nice. We told them in advance it was our honeymoon, so there were some balloons on the bed. The Jacuzzi in the room took a long time to fill up and the jets weren't that powerful. Breakfast was quite disappointing, each morning they would leave out some shop bought pastries, there was a vending coffee machine that had no milk in it, and there were tea bags but again no milk. We soent most of our days in Rome, so only really needed the room to sleep, but if we come back to Rome (which we will it's a beautiful city), we will probably stay somewhere else.

Globalement satisfaisant
Arrivée un peu particulière car nous avons chercher un moment l'hôtel avant de nous rendre compte qu'il s'agissait en fait d'un appartement dans un immeuble. Nous avons dû contacter la réception par téléphone. On nous a conduit à notre chambre. Celle ci était très propre et très cosy. Nous avons apprécié la clim également qui nous a bien dépanné car au 8ème étage nous aurions pu avoir très chaud ! Le point négatif : le ptit dej : très peu de choses proposées, des biscuits industriels et une machine à café. Il n'y avait ni jus de fruits ni laitage. Nous étions à 5 min à pieds du métro Tiburtina ce qui fût très pratique.

Not luxury or romantic
Unfortunately did not live up to expectations, it was discribed as a luxury romantic room, there was no luxury at all, the spa bath although looked great took 30-45 mins to fill up as the water pressure was non existent, the shower head had seen better days, water went in every direction. Then in the morning breakfast was disappointing, just a few plates with biscuits and bread on it. I tried to reach out to explain but never got an answer, we cut our stay short and booked another room somewhere else for the remainder of our stay

Ottma sistemazione, tutta relax
La prima volta che uso questa struttura, all'ottavo e ultimo piano di un palazzo, mi ha permesso un piacevole soggiorno. Molto pulito, modernamente arredato con tutto cio' che serve, incluso frigobar e vasca idromassaggio interna la camera. Personale gentilissimo, stanza silenziosa e comoda. La colazione un po' riduttiva con le brioches industriali e macchina del caffe automatica. A Roma ci si aspetta un po' di piu' dal cibo. Comunque consigliato.

Camera eccezionale! Bellissima, confortevole e molto pulita. Personale accogliente e disponibilissimo, pronto a risolvere qualunque problema. La camera è dotata di tutto (da una smart tv alla doccia con led, letto comodissimo; per non parlare della Jacuzzi!). Consigliato per le coppie che vogliono godersi un momento di relax!❤

Chambre vraiment spacieuse avec baignoire jacuzzi 2 places très agréable. Petit balcon privatif sympathique où prendre le petit-déjeuner. Tres propre. Grande douche à l Italienne évidemment :) Avec l option luxury romantique nous avons eu le droit à plusieurs petites attentions délicates comme des apéritifs offerts, des décos spéciales romantisme. Le tout à 700 m du métro. Le quartier certes reste très populaire donc bruyant mais animé. Pour le prix, nous ne regrettons rien et remercions La Segnora pour sa gentillesse :)

Nice place to stay
We stayed here while in Rome, it was a lovely place to stay great for couples, the hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The room and features were great only a short trip to the heart of Rome. The only thing was noise from the renovations taking place as annoying as we couldn't relax at times and the sound proofing is needed to block out the street noise. Besides that this is a great place to stay for couples.

Me gustó la simpatía del personal, y los detalles decorativos, acogedor y casero, el desayuno no estaba mal, pero demasiada bollería y apenas fruta, lo que no me gustó, que no había mapas para orientarnos un poco por la zona y nuestro idioma solo lo hablaba una chica que apenas estaba, la ubicación de la zona era en un barrio muy sucio y lejos del centro, en un edificio planta 8 con un ascensor rudimentario que parecía que se iba a caer, las instalaciones dejaban mucho q desear, la habitación un poco pequeña, el aire acondicionado a veces no funcionaba, la nevera tampoco, el agua se salía por debajo de la ducha, el jacuzzi no funcionaban todos los chorros ni las luces y el tapón se quedaba encajado, la limpieza de las habitaciones no eran diarias, y lo más impresionante es que en temporada alta de verano estuvieran con obras, ruidos todas las mañanas y desde las 8 de la mañana!!! Ya estaban con los taladros y martillazos justo encima nuestra, que parecía que se iba a caer el techo, eso me decepcionó bastante, estas cosas no se deben hacer con gente alojada en sus vacaciones, o por lo menos dar otras habitaciones que no influyan en el descanso durante la estancia, una pena con las altas expectativas que tenía de este hotel.

This room was booked for my boyfriend for his birthday, at first I was so worried about the rooms as the outside of it seemed like a 1 star however the guy took us to the room and I must it was very impressive. The jet bath was an amazing idea! its very close to the main station which is good, it was a lovely stay!

Tutto superlativo, a partire dalla vasca con sali minerali e luci colorate a rendere tutto più magico alla doccia emozionale, televisore posizionato perfettamente sia rispetto alla vasca che rispetto al letto, in più con netflix, la colazione meglio organizzata che io abbia mai visto in un B&B, balconcino privato molto carino, complimenti continuate cosi!! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!!!
