Varmt og trangt rom, men badet var romslig.
Valgte dette hotellet grunnet sen ankomst til Roma fra Oslo, og derfor et greit valg når man ikke orker å bruke mye tid til å orientere seg. Hotellet fremsto som romslig og luftig på annonsen, men fikk et annet inntrykk ved innsjekk. Rommet var trangt, og med forespørsel om airconditioning, fikk jeg beskjed om at denne ikke var skrudd på "for sesongen". Rommet var utstyrt med digital termostat, som viste 29,8 grader klokken 23:00 - selv med åpent vindu ble dette litt i overkant av hva som er behagelig temperatur i et soverom.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Directly across the street from the termini for easy access to all the sights and then to transfer to the airport. Wonderful stay!

Perfect location for the train station especially if you have a early transit. Very convenient location, not really hotel quality, more like Airbnb. It’s in my opinion a place to sleep and go not vacation.

La ubicación es inmejorable, esta enfrente de la estación Termini. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno nos gusto mucho. Lo único que mejoraría sería que las camas ya estan muy viejas, se sienten los resortes. Fuera de eso es una muy buena opción para conocer Roma.

Works if you are on a budget
Wasn’t the fanciest place we ever stayed but it was cheap, clean, and convenient to the rail station. Hotel lobby staff was great. We had to leave before breakfast so not sure what that’s like but they did have a little to-go bag for us with a juice, prepackaged donut thing, and some kind of bread or something. Wasn’t great.

Literally aross the road from the train station which was very conveniant. Aware there are nicer hotels out there but if you want to stay somewhere conveniant for metro, train and buses this is perfect. Its also only 3 minute walk to the platform for the train to the airport which makes the journey there and back stress free. Downside is it can be busy, but that applies to the whole of Rome!

We needed a hotel very close to Termini due to a late arrival and early departure on the train. This hotel fit the bill. We were exhausted when we arrived and we were greeted by a friendly, English speaking staff who got us checked in very quickly. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel, some areas for improvement
Well, let us start with the positive things: Excellent location, just across the gate of Rome termini station. Good price. 24 hours reception. I guess it is good value for money. The negative things: A few additions, which are not costly can help in making life easier for the clients. A few hangers for reusing the towels is cheap and will save unnecessary use of extra towels. We had to hang the towels over door handles. A curtain to protect the bathtub will make life easier for the house keepers when making up the rooms, and it is not costly. Also a dispenser for shower gel and shampoo is much better than the present items. They give you the room key in a quite heavy metal chain which you handle to the front disk whenever you go out, it is better and easier to return the keys just at check out and keep with you (conveniently) all through your stay. Anyway, those may be some areas for improvement which are not costly. Overall, nice hotel, good value for money. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to getting around Rome. Plus they have a secure room to leave luggage for those with a later flight. However…. The hotel is in dire need of an update. It’s dated and worn. The lift made a horrendous noise. The room smelt of mould. The bathroom had mould coming through the celling. The furniture was chipped or stained. The room had a bath - not ideal for the older person as it had no rail and was very high. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It’s continental. But the toaster didn’t work. The only fruit was tinned fruit salad. There wasn’t a lot of options other than cake or meats/cheese. The staff were mediocre at best. When asked a question about visiting attractions we were told “I don’t know when you want to go.” That was the end of the conversation. Every time we walked past 1 guy on reception he was always fixing his hair in the computer monitor or kissing on the step outside blocking the door. Not very helpful at all. The location was ok if you used the termani as a cut through. However on the streets there are a lot of beggars and rough sleepers than can make it feel unsafe later in the day.

Hotel pratique à côté de la gare pour un départ tôt de Rome et une arrivée en train mais moins pratique pour visiter la ville car assez loin à pieds des monuments. Très bruyant la 1ere nuit, entre la clim qui fait trop de bruit et quelqu'un qui "bricolait" la nuit entre 2h et 3h et faisait beaucoup de bruit et est parti vite avec sa caisse à outils quand j'ai ouvert la porte de la chambre pour voir ce qu'il se passait ...

Personal atento y amable. El hotel es céntrico y seguro. Nos asignaron una habitación con una cama matrimonial, a pesar de haber solicitado 2 camas individuales. Me indicaron que ellos vieron la reservacion para 1 persona, por eso la cambiaron, pero amablemente al día siguiente nos cambiaron. Ese cambio fue importante, porque la habitacion era muy pequeña, y al cambiarnos fue más cómoda. El desayuno está bien. Podría volver a hospedarme allí. Desplazaese a lugares de interés es muy facil.
