We had two rooms and both seemed to be suffering from hot water problems. As soon as I would call the front desk, somebody would be sent to the room. He would run the water and give me a "Daaahhh" look, as if I just did not know how to run the hot water! Problem fixed for the next 5 minutes. Then we would repeat the saga. It took two days and many calls to the front desk, before they accepted to move us from the 5th floor to the first floor. Water problem resolved. The younger person at the desk was more argumentative than helpful, when facing a complaint. The others were much more accepting. The young man also tried to sell me a personal cab trip to the airport, instead of using a local cab company, bad mouthing the cab drivers. I just could not trust him any more than I could his driver. So, we just chose the local cab compay and it cost us 50 Euros, which was 20 less than what he wanted his buddies to charge us. Aside from that rooms were acceptable for the price we had paid. But, this hotel is by no means a 4 star. Breakfast was not what an American could call a breakfast. But, you could find something to get the day started. Fruit basket would have a total of 10 fruits of not so high quality. Overall, a real continental breakfast! AC worked in all 4 rooms we occupied. Location is really not that far. You need to take the metro which is a 10 minute walk, or the bus which stops right outside the door. If not fo the shower problem, I would have recommended it for the price.
