Flott hotell
Et flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i gangavstand til Roma Termini/ togstasjonen. Meget hyggelige ansatte og god service. Bodde i en junior suite med jacuzzi. Vannet i jacuzzien var ikke varmt nok slik at det ikke ble så behagelig å sitte der, temperaturen kunne ikke reguleres. Prisen på et slikt rom sto heller ikke helt i samsvar med hva vi fikk. MEN.....jeg kunne gjerne bodd på hotellet igjen, men da valgt et mindre og rimeligere rom med litt mindre komfort. All in all - fornøyd med oppholdet

Need an upgrade too Junior Spa suite before i Get sattisfied. The rooms Are all modern And Nice condition. The staff is very service minded And spa was allso very good! Breakfast was good, bar And restaurant is elegant with Great food And whine. Do Really recomend the hotel for everyone who Are traveling to Rome!

Flott hotell som ligger veldig fint til i Roma.
Synes det var et hotell av høy klasse. Flott plassering nær alt du trenger i Roma. Veldig hyggelig personale som alltid ville hjelpe dersom det var noe. Flott rom med egen balkong, men noe mindre enn forventa. God takhøyde og flott bad(Lekker litt vann fra dusj). Litt lite pålegg på frokosten.Manglende mulighet for å lage kaffe på rommet trekker noe ned, men er ellers meget fornøyd.

My wife and I stayed at the Palazzo Montemartini for 3 nights. The room was great and the service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful suggesting great restaurants for us, making sure we didn't go to any tourist traps. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Not a very wide selection, but everything was of great quality.

Highly recommended
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, at two minutes (one minute if you get lucky with the traffic lights) of Roma Termini, but nevertheless once you enter the gate, you feel like being in a remote luxurious place. The hotel itself is certainly worth its 5 stars - excellent service, very friendly staff (at the door, at the reception, in the restaurant and the cleaning people) and spacious (and quiet - the windows' glass must be extremely thick since I didn't hear any sound coming in from outside) rooms. I'd certainly consider returning, the next time I'm in Rome.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a combination of modern and old architecture, very clean with friendly staff who were there for us. We enjoyed buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks including champagne and all kinds of fresh fruit juices and homemade cakes and Italian desserts. Rooftop restaurant has a great view with live music, and we had great time having dinners and drinks there. Rooms are clean and with modern design. SPA and pool area is very nice, clean, and quiet that after a busy day you can relax there. We loved staying there and I recommend it to everyone who has a great taste. N. Nazmi from the US. .

Disappointing stay.
This hotel is very over-priced for the quality of their rooms and the service they provide. We booked a queen bed but instead were given a room with 2 single bed pieced together. We booked a 50min couple massage but was shortchanged cuz only 40min was actually done. The staff is slow in getting our stored luggage and we missed our train despite staying directly opposite the station. The surrounding environment is also not very safe and clean. Overall,I will not book again.

Likes: Huge suite with two balconies. Great included breakfast (top notch). Great included spa experience. Hotel staff very helpful in calling taxi service for us and for helping us get tickets to the Vatican. Dislikes: Wife was furious because air condition would not cool enough and would shut off. After complaining about this on multiple occasions to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except for being told that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Very stingy on hand soap and other room toiletries. I had to ask for more soap, since they only gave you one tiny bar of soap. Shower leaking water through the shower walls onto the suite wood floor. This was brought to the front desk’s attention. Cocktails and fancy dinner at the hotel restaurant were way overpriced for what you got. The breakfast which was included in our rate was actually better that our dinner there.

You guys will not be disappointed! From the time you arrive in your taxi you’re greeted by the car door. Rain or shine. One raining yucky day the doorman ran outside in the rain and held up the umbrella and opened the door. The food in there is delicious. ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST BUFFET! Very comfortable beds and awesome water pressured shower heads and stone bathtubs! The staff are at the highest quality of professional! Front desk, bellman, doorman, and restaurant staff Lorenzo the doorman has to be my favorite person in the hotel! He’s the doorman! You guys you must stay here!!! Worth every Euro❤️

I stayed in the same hotel in 2016, but it was owned and managed by a different company. I was little skeptical this time, still booked due to convenient location. I am extremely satisfied that the hotel maintained its high standard. If I have to specify two positive points I’ll mention excellent staff and highly convenient location.

This beautiful property is located directly across from the train station - Roma termini. We booked one night for its location but will be back again as it was so elegant! My family loved it, we need more time to enjoy more!
