Dear Marina,thank you very much for your precious feedback that will help us improve our service.We're glad that you liked our location, however, of course we are sorry to hear about all these issues you had.To answer to the fact that you found our Deluxe Room's pictures misleading, I would kindly recommend you to double check while you make a reservation because in fact you didn't book a Deluxe room but a Superior room instead, our Deluxe rooms are way bigger than the Superior Rooms like shown in the pictures. You can also check in your reservation details the type of room you booked.About the problem you had with the water temperature and pressure, we are very sorry about it, we checked and in fact there was a problem that we were able to fix the day of your departure, it was New year's eve and it has been very difficoult for us to find a plumber available. Once again, our apologies for the issue.
