Caro Raphael, non sai quanto mi dispiace leggerti dopo tutti i miei sforzi per farvi trascorrere un buon soggiorno! Ti ribadisco che al momento della prenotazione, come è scritto in annuncio e per evitare inconvenienti, occorre specificare se si desidera dormire in letti separati. Come già ti ho detto, in casa c’erano lenzuola per 4 al vostro arrivo. Inoltre, nonostante siate arrivati in piena notte e nonostante ti abbia anche specificato che ho una bambina piccola che dormiva, sono stata al telefono con te per aiutarti a trovare le cose a mezzanotte e poi, nuovamente, il giorno dopo siamo venuti a portarti la biancheria in più che chiedevi e a rispondere a tutte le tue esigenze…..siamo venuti ben 4 volte, dopo pochi minuti dalle tue chiamate e credo che non ci fosse nessuna reale urgenza, francamente. Come se non bastasse, ti ho lasciato l’appartamento a disposizione per un giorno in più e ho pagato al tuo posto le tasse di soggiorno che in genere sono a carico degli ospiti solo perché volevo che tu fossi felice, nel complesso, del soggiorno. In tutta onestà, a me questo sembra un trattamento da hotel di lusso e non da b&b per cui mi dispiace di leggere la tua recensione ma so, in cuor mio, che di più non ti potevo proprio offrire. Dear Kathleen, giving just one star for a place that you yourself define as fantastic seems very harsh to me. The sofa bed was changed recently and is of a very expensive Italian brand while the toilet paper was forgotten by the girl who came to clean that day but, as you say yourself, it was delivered to you when you gave it to me reported. I'm sorry that your stay wasn't to your liking or rather not at all... Kind regards

There are reviews that it would be better not to respond to because they are evidently the result of misunderstandings and moments of tension entirely attributable to the mood of the moment. However: The patio was not locked, there is an elevator and the sofa bed is of a very expensive brand and recently purchased. I reiterate that you did not, however, pay for your two friends but only for two people since, acknowledging your dissatisfaction, I did not apply any supplements. Just a fundamental note: I don't threaten anyone, let alone someone of your age. Anyway, I wish you the best and greet you cordially. Ilaria

Dear, I don’t agree…you should have contacted me during your stay to report any mistakes instead of writing a public review without giving me the opportunity to help you during your stay; check-in and check-out times are clearly indicated in my ad to allow for adequate cleaning and sanctification between one guest and another, so I don't see how I could fraudulently try to shorten your stay. As for the Wi-Fi, I worked in the apartment for months in Smart working and it works great, I'm afraid there was a problem that night in the area due to maintenance work (therefore completely random); the long flight of stairs (only one floor) to reach the house you speak of in the review does not seem so long to me and perhaps you have not noticed an elevator with which you could have avoided it. Finally, regarding the uncomfortable sofa bed I don't know what to say bearing in mind that you have an entire apartment in the historic center at your complete disposal at a negligible cost with 3 other comfortable beds available as you yourself said. Dear Melanie, Thank you for your report regarding the unequipped kitchen as I believe there have been some thefts in recent months as I have personally purchased everything needed for long stays and even plates and cutlery for small children. They must have been broken or stolen over the months, I'm going to check and equip them with everything Every guest needs
