Very nice small Hotel
Very nice hotel close to Forum Romanum. Walking distance to center of Rome. Beautiful rooms and very pleasant staff. Very good breakfast.

Til de som ikke liker hotell med en forgangen stil
Vi bodde på Hotell Nerva en uke sent i august. Et veldig sjarmerende lite hotell. Vi bodde på det eneste rommet med veranda, det er to rom som er gjort om til suite uten at det ga noe problem. Flotte farger som er gjennomført over det hele. Vennlig betjening og utrolig stille og rolig strøk, noe som vi synes er deilig. Det er små ting som er negativt, litt hard seng og dårlig plassering på lese lys over seng. Frokosten var veldig bra, alt var ferskt! Jeg kan anbefale dette hotellet!!!Ps veldig deilig med veranda. Vi vil nok vurdere å bo på dette hotellet neste tur til Roma

We had an excellent time visiting. It was fun vacation. We visited a a friends getaway. Three couple that have been friends for over 20 years. Luba made our stay extra special. She had our breakfast ready to go whenever we had an early start. She even included Italian lessons so that we would know how to say things properly! A perfect stay.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bistro was fantastic! I had a delicious breakfast every morning and a lovely aperitivo in the evening. Highly recommend!

Spectacular location, lovely decor, delicious breakfast, most gracious staff. I had a teeny tiny room (which I chose and knew about), but the gorgeous surroundings and kind staff more than made up for it.

Very nice small hotel. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Very nice room (separate entrance around back of hotel - at first seemed odd, but turned out to be fine). Good area, lots of nice restaurants and cafes. Close to historical sights.

Nice hotel, very clean and updated inside! The staff were exceptional very polite and welcoming. Staff were always happy to make reservations and recommendations for places to see and eat in Rome. Would definitely choose this place again to stay at !!!

The staff at the property were very good. The 10:30 check out is extremely annoying. The property is very small and the rooms are very small. They have large keys for the rooms and a physical key for a very small safe. The shower is very small. It is a small property in a good location with a well trained staff.

Ótima estadia
Localização excelente. Staff atencioso, valendo registrar o atendimento gentil de Ilaria, bem como de toda a equipe do café da manhã, que, aliás, é de muita qualidade. Quarto confortável, bonito, limpo, com roupas de cama de qualidade e bom chuveiro. O único ponto negativo é o tamanho do quarto e sobretudo do banheiro, que é pequeno.

This hotel is a gem! It is ideally situated in Rome - close most areas which you can walk to, but not touristy. It's also quiet at night, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are the friendliest. The rooms are very well decorated and are very comfy. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rome!

The main reason I booked this property was because they said they had parking onsite. They don't. We only had a short period in Rome and we wanted to maximize our stay. Paid a heck of a lot more for this hotel so use the car park and turning up they told us it was 1km a way. Not only that but it was an additional 7 Euros from what they stated. Lastly, the staff said they would speak to the manager. They didn't. They really didn't care even though I showed them the misinformation they showed on Expedia. Room was good. Good location. But they wasted some of our valuable time, didn't care about it, and we paid more for the hotel for a service we didn't get in the end.

The hotel room was perfect for us. Things to note was the staff. We had to travel back to Canada and required a specific Covid test so we called the hotel for support. A lady named Nicole helped us out, booked our tests before we had even checked into the hotel. This was an incredible level of customer service that made our lives and stay very positive.

Very fine location, close to the all the major attractions. The staff were very kind and helpful in every way. I actually got a small apartment with my own patio.

Perfect location next to the Forum and a great neighbourhood, Monti, to mix with locals. Great breakfast, very nice stuff, specially the lady serving our breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Wrong information
It is a beautiful but small hotel. The girl that received us give a wrong information about the time of Vatican. How can a person that works for a hotel in Rome do not know the open time of the Vatican? We stayed just one day and missed the Vatican´s church because of that.
