The cleanliness is exemplary. It may be called a bed and breakfast but there are no food or drink facilities at all, you are given a very small drinks fridge only. Lift is very very old and you have to rely on other people shutting the door properly (they are not automatic). Not good when you have walked all day and have to the walk up 5 flights of stairs! Reception closes at 9, personally not something I’m comfortable with.

We would like to remind you that we are a guesthouse, not a bed and breakfast; therefore, we do not offer any breakfast service, and we are not open 24 hours. We want to point out that being in the heart of Rome's historic center means that many of the buildings maintain their original architecture and character.

The property disconnected the power and wifi to our room 12 hours before checkout leaving my husband and I to pack in the dark as we had a very early checkout. They have ignored my email asking for an explanation as to why this has happened. The bedroom for a standard double bedroom is absolutely tiny and even the electric kettle had to be put onto the floor as there was no powerpoint near the bench. On the other hand room was clean and centrally located

We had a very pleasant stay and our room was very comfortable with a fridge and microwave that helped kept our bottles of water cool and to have fruit in there. The AC was great for the hot Roman days and the location was amazing in between walking distance of many of the main attractions. The staff was very supportive and helpful!

Getting in and out of the property can be a bit challenging (old doors hard to unlock/use) but overall good experience and location.

Very average, bare minimum hotel
The location of this hotel is very central to the major sights and is close to many amazing shops and restaurants. The staff are very responsive through WhatsApp - however, they are very strict about the 2pm check-in time and do not allow early check in. We were there 30 mins early and they would not allow us to check-in, however they were able to store our bags. There is an elevator to alleviate carrying luggage up a large number of stairs. The room itself is okay, no amenities (coffee maker, iron, bottled water, breakfast). The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the shower is very small. We also made the mistake of leaving the window open and a TON of gnats made their way inside and we spent the rest of our trip killing them. If we come back to room, we will stay somewhere else.

La struttura è estremamente centrale, a due passi dal parlamento. In cinque/dieci minuti di camminata si raggiungono facilmente la fontana di Trevi, piazza Navona, il pantheon e i principali negozi. La camera che ci hanno assegnato, con vista panoramica sui tetti di Roma, era molto spaziosa, con un angolo cucina con forno a microonde, lavello e frigorifero. Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, la doccia è un po’ piccola e con la tenda da doccia (forse l’ideale sarebbe uno di quei box con apertura a soffietto). La stanza silenziosa, pulitissima e il letto molto molto comodo. La ragazza al check in, professionale, simpaticissima e cordiale, ci ha aiutato a trovare un’autorimessa in cui parcheggiare l’auto (non è facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni).

Staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the ladies sent me a list of restaurants to eat at An stores to shop at. She tried to help me find the place when I was kept coming out of the subway station.

I booked on Expedia to stay two nights, it showed availability for the current day and the next day when I was searching around 8:30pm. I booked the room and paid in full, only to then get information that stated that check-in was only until 8:00pm and we needed to call at least 2 hours in advance for a later check-in because there isn't a front desk. So, I try calling the number provided and the number doesn't exist. I tried WhatsApp, no luck. I reached out to Expedia support and they tried reaching the property, again to no avail. The number provided did not exist. We had to fight with Expedia and Locando Parlamento in order to get a refund and it was a nightmare.

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauer, auch die Lage war mega zentral und praktisch. Leider wurden aber weder Handtücher noch Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt, auch zu den angegeben Uhrzeiten war die Rezeption nicht am Platz, sodass wir auch beim Checkout 20 min auf die Dame warten mussten. Die Lage und die Zimmer waren top, der Service leider nicht so toll.

Sehr schöne Gegend, mitten in der Innenstadt von Rom! Apartments / Zimmer ist super ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles neu renoviert. Eigentümer / Verwalter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Apartment was really nicely decorated. Modern, bright & clean with sweet little balcony overlooking rooftops. Very old, rustic, characterful building with courtyard & quaint lift. It was situated in the heart of Rome, with most attractions within 10-30 minutes walk & shops, restaurants & bars on the doorstep. We loved it. Vanessa was most helpful & friendly. Only slight down was smell of drains - but it is an ancient city & plumbing very old! We would definitely stay there again.
