Dear Sir, we have read your comment: having had a 6 night stay, always smiling and never complaining, waiting for the departure to leave this comment is not fair at all. If you have had such a poor experience here, why did not You report it first directly to the reception desk, and then to Expedia to advice it? We could have made something to improve your stay, yet not knowing something was not going well prevented us from making the difference. Having decided to complain only after your departure from here does not lead to anything but a regret concerning something that could have gone in a quite different way.
