The hotel room smelt of damp and mould, very unpleasant. No kettle, shower didn’t drain, tiny bed, the safe didn’t work. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Unique was that the apartment was not even on a certain floor, it is in between of floor 2 and 3. We felt highly uncomfortable with that. What is very important to say is that nobody from the staff is responsible for that, it’s the way this hotel is making money by giving such rooms for living in them. So we can’t blame the staff, it’s more a problem of the owners. The shower was not separated from the WC and the Bidet as well as the sink, so when you start to shower the whole room is under water. At first we thought the lady was going to a storage room, but it turned out to be our room. The room looked like a bunker and the door had a gap at the bottom so we could hear everything. The staff gave us a dirty towel to cover the gap and make it quieter. Which was total nonsense. There is no internet in the room either. Please don't book a basic room there. If you decide to go to vacation, please be aware of such options for rooms and ask before you book something.

The hotel is just across from the termini station which allowed us to easily take the express train to the airport. Metro nearby as well to get you all around the city. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and very quiet facing a small residential street. Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants nearby.

The only thing negative is I was in a secondary building and my check-in was at night which made it difficult to find the building after receiving my key. However when I returned to the front desk they were most helpful!! When I get to my room it was larger than I anticipated and spotless! Shower was great and bed was very nice. Given the location to the Termini Station I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Camas cómodas y en buen estado, atención del personal excelente, desayuno variado y correcto. Ubicación excelente para moverse en transporte público. Se le notan los años pero está aceptable, se escucha en exceso el paso de los clientes por los pasillos, una doble puerta no estaría mal.

Hotel pulito, carino, moderno e comfortevole. Tutto pulito. Camera perfetta. Letto comodissimo, non nell'edificio principale ma nella dependance. Assolutamente pulito, carino, spazioso e personale cordiale, poliglotta e ben disponibile. Assolutamente strategico per essere vicino alla stazione Termini. Consigliatissimo!

We stayed in a quadruple room with our 2 children aged 12 and 14. The room was quiet and suited us perfectly. Staff at check in and at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety for breakfast which is served 7-11. The location was excellent, right next door to the train and metro station, opposite a supermarket and close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Approx a 30 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 40 minutes to the colosseum. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Muy bueno, recomendable!
Encantada! El personal super amable y atento. Rachel en la recepción un encanto, super educada y simpática, nos ayudó a encontrar sitios buenos para comer y su alegria te alegraba el día. Julio a la hora del buffet tambien nos ayudó mucho y tambien era muy atento. La zona estaba muy bien, estaba cerca de la estación, lo que nos permitía coger bus, tren, taxi y metro sin problema. Por la noche se veía un poco más complicada la zona pero nosotras no tuvimos ningún incidente. Lo único, en la habitación faltaba un espejo grande o al menos un segundo espejo, un secador un poco mejor y una puerta de entrada a la habitación más gorda, ya que los ruidos a veces molestaban un poco. Por lo demás genial. Repetiria sin duda!!

It was conveniently located next to Termini train station. I received a warm welcome and could leave my suitcase there while I walked around Rome before the next leg of my journey.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A unos pasos de la estación de tren Termino! Las personas que nos atendieron, si rentado Stefano, Raquelle y Roberta fueron muy atentos y serviciales. El primer cuarto que nos dieron, tenía una fuga en el sanitario y se escuchaba mucho el agua cayendo. Nos cambiaron a otro. Este también tenia una fuga. Pero el sanitario no hacía tanto ruido, cómo el otro. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, y solo falta un poco de mantenimiento. En general se siente limpio y los colchones y almohadas, son cómodos. En los alrededores, por estar cerca de la terminal, se siente algo descuidado y hay gente durmiendo en las calles. Pero parece algo tranquilo. Aunque nos recome daron no salir de noche. El desayuno del hotel fue muy bueno. Fruta, jugo, cereal, café, pan, huevo cocido, queso, jamón y salami. Todo estuvo muy bien. Si regresaría a este hotel

Lovely hotel
We only stayed overnight at Hotel Marisa as we were flying back to Australia the next day. Check in was a breeze and Stefano at front desk was very accommodating in helping us change our room from a double to twin. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size and also very clean. Our room had a balcony which we love as we could open the window and let in the nice breeze although it was pretty noisy with the street noise. Location to termini Tran station was about 5 mins walk. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome.

The property is good and right across from the train station, it was quite convenient to hop on the metro Or take the train to the airport. however, there are many homeless people at the train station. Most if them were high in drugs. Its not the safest area to stay with a family.

Hotel bien ubicado pero las fotos no corresponden con lo que reservamos, no son fotos reales, habitación vieja y olía a moho, mucho ruido en la noche, no lo recomiendo, creo que hay mejores opciones por la zona, solo rescato la atención del personal en el desayuno, fueron muy amables!

Atención y servicio a los pasajeros extraordinario
Debimos alojar por una emergencia, cerca de la estación de tren, este hotel tenía una excelente ubicación para ello, con un servio y atención de todo el personal de clase superior, muy atentos, nos ayudaron mucho y nos subieron el ánimo, ambos conserjes y las personas que atendían el desayuno (muy buen desayuno), gracias a todos!!!

Right across the street from the Termini train station so great location for that. Polite staff, easy to find. Rome is dirty and the trash never seems to go away so be prepared for that. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Pictures that are used for marketing are mis-leading. Room was very spartan and dirty. Because of the different prices advertised some people staying there were very sketchy. Saw rates advertised as low as $80 and as high as $500. Very near train station and people on location were nice. Just an uncomfortable experience.

Good place overall
Stayed for one evening. Very modern and in a great area for the major attractions. My room was very noisy however as it was right beside the very old fashioned style lift so was awake from 5am as I could hear everything. No recognition of my VIP status which whilst is disappointing isn’t a surprise anymore. Expedia/hotels.com need to look at this.
