Buenos dias, lo sentimos mucho, generalmente el wi-fi funciona bien (tenemos tambien extender por eso) y se puede hacer un reinicio veloz del router. Puede ser que hubo un problema temporaneo del provider de la linea telefonica. Ahora no hay algun problema, por lo menos nadie nos hablò de esto. Saludos.

Dear Customer, we are sorry for this review...No other customers in the room after you have reported this problem to us, and we have never had a bug problem in the 40 years we have been doing this business.We believe that they were simply mosquitoes, which can enter the room in the summer if you leave the window open.

Dear customer, the price depend on the turistic season. If you stayed during G20, it was high season. For these reason you didn't find available hotels. And the price of euros 70,00 was right for a double room. Euros 40,00 is a price that you can find, sometimes, in low season. Remember taht you stayed in teh center of Rome... regards.

We rarely receive such negative reviews, our customers are generally satisfied. The lights are scheduled, about an hour, because customers often leave them on all day when they go out. You just need to turn them back on. The blankets are not at all dusty, perhaps some particular form of allergy was present; however we will check with the cleaning staff. It is possible to request a kettle at the reception, many customers do so. Sometimes customers need something in particular, but instead of asking at the reception, they only then write that what they wanted was not there.

As for breakfast, there is a basic breakfast included in the rate which includes a croissant + 1 thing to drink taht yo can choose; this is a breakfast proportionate to the 1 star category and to the cheap prices we offer. However, as we always write to all customers who book, you can have a richer American breakfast (1 toast + 1 omelette + slice of house cake + 1 thing to drink of your choice), paying an extra 7 euros; but this is a customer choice that must be made upon arrival at the hotel. Generally in winter (low season) we do repaint walls that need it. The heating is on almost all day, the night closes at h. 11.30 pm and comes back on at h. 6:00 am; usually this mode satisfies our customers. Obviously it's possible to have extra blankets in case of special needs.
