Godt alternativ
Godt alternativ til tradisjonell hotel. God plass og sentralt uavhenging om du skal shoppe eller bare se ulike severdigheter. Vårt rom kunne trengt enn facelift, men det fungerer og servicen er god. Skulle ønske terrassen var gjort mer ut av. Det hadde gjort mye når man kan bruke kjøkkenet.

Nice stay!

Super Central
Central location, in walking distance to all attractions in Rome. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large and cosy. But it is in need of modernizing. Espescially the shower. This was not very clean and this may be due to the materials used to build it. Overall our stay was very good. But I would have liked a better Wifi and a cleaner bathroom.

Beliggenheten er ekstrem bra, ligger midt i sentrum med kort reisetid til alle severdigheter. Ingen internett dekning på rom 2 i leiligheten. Aircondition fungerer ikke opptimalt, slik at det ikke blir kjølig nok om natten.

Very central, modern and clean
When we booked this hotel, the information about a standard Double room was size 35m2. When looking at Pictures, I started realize that this might not be correct. When checking directly With the hotel, we were informed that the size was 18m2! Also the confirmation said "view to backyard" - which we didn`t get. We got a room towards main road. The rooms are modern, Nice and clean, so all in all we had a Nice stay. We were never offered breakfast as an option, and we couldn`t see anywhere this could be served, so the Pictures With breakfast room must be somewhere else.

Super convenient for all tourist activities, nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and Spanish steps. Staff was nice and responsive, room clean. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is street noise with windows open.

Positives: Excellent location, easy access to transportation, food, shopping, in a safe area. Great staff. Clean. Negatives: Even though the room was placed on the fourth floor and at the back of the building, the room was not very quiet in the afternoon or at night. No soundproofing on the ceiling made the loud noise from buskers across the street feel like they were right in the room (couldn't even hear the TV at a high volume). The room had a high placed window that had not curtains or blinds making it too bright and due to poor insulation you could hear birds' loud chirping and squawking all thru the night. So if you are planning to stay there you will need good ear plugs and blinders

Personnel was very friendly, the room was spacious, clean, bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Location is great, in the middle of great shops, restaurants, and walking distance to many attractions.

The property was very spacious and accommodating to our family. The outdoor patio was an added bonus and very comfortable. It was also a bonus to have a washing machine in the apartment.

Check in staff was excellent. Great location near shopping and Spanish steps. Plenty of space to relax. Close to grocery if you like to dine in.

It was good but the air cinditioning was poor sonitbwas stuffy. It was not well stocked with soap shampoo or toilet paper. The wifi was spotty and the table lifhts sparked and gabe us a shock when we plugged them in so we disnt use them. Inwould not stay here again.

hello David, thank you for the feedback, well abut the AC I can say that the machine does not work if outside there are 10 degrees and you want to set the ac in cold mode to make it even colder. it only works if outside the temperature is higher. I am sorry to hear that the stay did not match your expectation. Hope to see you soon one day

Front desk staff was very friendly and kind. She allowed us to check in early since the room was already available. She was very helpful and gave us a good recommendation for a pasta place…and we loved it! The room Is comfortable and even with a Netflix. Great location and is close to everything. We will recommend this place to our friends and family when they come and visit Roma.

The property is right on Via Del Corso and the historic district is walkable from the property. Many dining and shopping options near by. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to a standard hotel rooms in USA but because we barely spent any time in the room, it was not a big deal. Bathrooms are very spacious with a hot tub that could accommodate 4 people.

Fantastisk beliggenhed! Super venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Desværre var det noget lydt. Vi havde værelse 201 der var lige ud for receptionen og elevatoren, så vi blev vækket af folk der gik forbi hver morgen.

Great location but needs some fixes
Were arriving after reception hours, so it was very confusing how we'd get to our room. Until you get there and see the property, the instructions don't make sense and we were concerned that something wouldn't work. This is like an apartment building-the outside door to the street that requires a code (or scan from your phone) then an inside door to your room. In order to get code or even to check in, we had to fill in a large form ahead of time with lots of info, like uploading all of our passport info, which I was not comfortable with, but I did it. We were told the key cards to our room would be left STUCK IN the door (for anyone to take). Seems crazy to me. I was assured the building was very safe but I was not comfortable with that. Nothing stopping another guest from entering the room before we got there and possibly damaging something and we'd be liable for it. Room was ok-good size for 4 people. No instructions how to work the air conditioning and it wasn't until the next day that they could help us. (It's remote controlled and I found it very confusing even after she showed us.) Biggest disappointment was the smell. As soon as we walked into the room there was a garbage/bathroom smell. Sink and toilet seem to work ok but something definitely isn't right. Also the shower head is not at end of the stall, it's in the middle, so you're up against the glass. Lighting needs added, dark in bath. Staff service/response was very good, they were helpful. Location great!

Hello Gia, thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify:yes this is not an hotel but a guest house and for law we can not stay opened 24/7. As you arrived after reception opening hours the check in could not be made on site but is MANDATORY for Italian law to have all the info of every guest entering the building. Vikey is our internal system that we developped as a startup so nothing to worry about. About the keys, yes we put it on the door to facilitate the entrance, what is wrong with this? no one ever complaint about this, our guests are always happy with this as it make their entrance ever easier. The Ac? yes it has remote and just push the ON/OFF button, nothing difficult. Happy that you enjoyed our service and the location!

Die Unterkunft liegt im 4. OG wobei der Lift nur bis zum 3. OG fährt. Sollte jemand schlecht zu Fuss sein, ist die letzte Treppe nur schwer zu erklimmen. Die Unterkunft selber hat eine schöne Dachterrasse, die allerdings nicht gut unterhalten bzw. nicht sehr sauber ist. Die Betten sind sehr hart und unbequem. Das zweite Zimmer ist eher eine Abstellkammer und hinter der Küche gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist alt und verbraucht. Die Reception ist nur wenig besetzt jedoch per Mail werden die Anfragen beantwortet. Würde hier keine Buchung mehr vornehmen.

Very conveniently located near Spanish Steps, right along the Via del Corso. Lots of restaurant options around the corner on Via Della Croce. Around 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and a bit more to the Pantheon. Taxi stand nearby if needed. About 35 minutes on foot to Vatican and 30 to the Colosseum. Reception is on the second floor and there are stairs but they are manageable. There is some outdoor patio space with tables as well. Not fancy, but clean, functional, and low-key. A perfect spot if you want to shop or explore the city.

Construction alarm
Grand Master Suites was a great location. The staff was very accommodating. The only negative was that there was some construction going on across the street and a very loud alarm went off starting around 6:30AM and continued to go off every 15 minutes.
