The hotel room was very small and not cleaned well. Layers of dust under the bed and hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was poorly. The pictures of the hotel is far from the reality. And Even though it sats there is a bar at the hotel it is not. The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location.

Helt ok hotell med bra beliggenhet like ved Vatikanet. Etter vår mening var hotellet ikke et 4-stjerners, men i forhold til prisen var det greit. Veldig enkle rom, og veldig lytt.

This property was perfect for my recent trip to Rome for a conference. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, and the same to the Metro station. It's certainly not the fanciest property I've stayed at, but it's clean, the staff is great, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. I'd definitely return!

Beskidte gulve og manglende generel rengøring. Meget lille udvalg i morgenbuffet. Meget lækker beliggenhed i forhold til både seværdigheder og spisesteder - vi gik til det hele. Utrolig søde og hjælpsomt personale.

Very poor choice at breakfast, but is close to many cafes and restaurants.The hotel has a great location, walking distance from Vatican museum and Ottaviano metro station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Hotel is a little run down but it’s in a great location and affordable …good shower and good service…would stay there again, and worth staying there if you’re on a budget … Property is safe and clean and a ton of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I love how close this hotel was to central Rome. I walked to all of the historical landmarks as the Metro was on strike but if you aren’t much of a walker, the metro station is nearby. The breakfast selection wasn’t my favourite but it was better than nothing as it’s difficult to find restaurants serving breakfast in the early morning. The run itself was nice but don’t leave food or dirty clothing around as there’s a bit of an ant problem. Aside from that, I had a really great stay and the staff was super helpful in arranging a taxi to get me to the airport in the middle of the night.

Staff were great. Bedrooms were clean but beds are terrible you feel like you are sleeping on springs. We had issues with the room the toilet didn’t work has to change rooms. Next room the air conditioning stopped working we had to change rooms again

Stayed 3 nights. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. This hotel is old and tired. It needs some TLC. Location was close to Vatican and grocery store. No amenities. Website says laundry service but there was none. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel was lovely with very comfortable beds and great shower rooms. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety and would have preferred a hot cooked breakfast but it was good. Staff were all very friendly, polite and knowledgable

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, con la mia famiglia, durante le festività di Pasqua e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Struttura pulita, in una zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, e personale gentile ed educato. Sicuramente la prenderò in considerazione per i prossimi viaggi a Roma.

Property condition needs a little updating. Staffs were friendly and helpful. No contactless transaction and they want cash for city tax. Not much options for breakfast. But the location is convenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help! The hotel was the perfect walking distance to Vatican City and a doable walking distance to the Colosseum. They offered small breakfast on sight that was enough to get our day started. Cute shops within walking distance and perfect to explore Rome. Would recommend and stay again if the chance arises in the futute.
