This hotel was close to Circo Massimus and the Colosseum. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast spread was the best of any hotel I stayed at in Europe. The property was lush with gardens, a pool and loungers to relax on. I highly recommend it!!

After a slight issue of finding the property (both Apple Maps and Google Maps have it listed at the incorrect location) we ended up calling and the reception desk opened the front gate and assisted us with our luggage. The room was huge with a huge bathroom and lovely waterfall shower head. My biggest complaint was that some lights were motion activated with no way to turn them off without turning the AC off. The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance to the Colosseum and the breakfast was very good as well. Overall a great choice for accommodations

The room was spacious. We appreciated the patio ajoining our room. Wonderful to have a separate bath tub. The breakfast was marvelous; beautiful display & good. We felt welcomed by the staff. .

Really lovely property, a short walk from the Metro. The room was large (especially for the cost) and comfortable. (The room has some very "design-y" features, such as lights that don't look like lights and switches in strange locations, but that was more amusing than annoying.) Breakfast was sumptuous.

Very good
The place is very nice and is very close to the city center, the room is very comfortable with all the amenities available, the inside car park is not included on the price but if you want your car safe it’s a good option. The breakfast is very good and the personnel is very kind and helpful

Très grande chambre confortable, très belle situation au cœur de la Rome antique, havre de paix mais l’ensemble pourrait être amélioré au niveau de l’accueil et des finitions ( tâches au mur par exemple et moisi dans la douche ) dans la suite …c’est dommage car il y a un grand potentiel dans cet hôtel…lit très confortable…

Our room had visible mould, a broken handle on the door to the balcony which prevented us from using the balcony, and our shower flooded. We asked for some sort of compensation but we’re not allowed to talk to any manager.

The property is in a residential area, small hotel , very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for a service. The only drawback was the pool :lovely setting but water was green with algae : not appealing for a dip!

Great service, ordered flowers to my partner and they were beautiful! The bed was good, the sheets, towels and the linen was very fresh. The breakfast was very good, the service in the reception was also very good. I do have a couple of notes during our stay at room number 0. 1. One of the lights in the bathroom had fallen out of it’s socket. 2. There were some dirt on the walls that needs to be cleaned, there are some brown marks(?) on the overhang above the bed to the left. 3. There was alot of mold in the shower, the smell was so strong it was almost unbearable. It’s quite obvious since the moist has nowhere to go… It’s impossible that you can not have noticed this. It was even visible mold everywhere in the shower, just look at the roof of the shower. 4. The paint of the bathroom door-knob-area was chipped away, and also the paint on the wall opposite of the bathroom area where you can hang clothes. 5. The curtains in the main entrance area had dirty marks on them. We had unfortunately higher expectations on the room

Would love to return, 2 nights not long enough!
My stay at Fauno with teenage daughters, exceeded expectations. To have a such a tranquil and calm base to return to, after a hectic day in Rome was so appreciated. Understated, yet professional service and excellent English, which helped us. The pool, garden and breakfast a highlight. Location too.

Vuile en afgeleefd appartement, heerlijk ontbijt
Een hele leuke locatie, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt met versgebakken cake, maar heel teleurstellende kamer: - appartement genomen, de kamer is echt aan renovatie toe, de foto’s op de site benaderen niet meer de realiteit: vuile muren, stukken van de deur, schimmel in voegen in douche. - de kamer was verder echt vuil: bij aankomst was er een hele grote plek waar je schoenen echt bleven kleven aan de grond (blikje frisdrank omgevallen of zo?). We hebben de vloer zelf met een witte handdoek wat opgenomen, die was nadien beige door de vuiligheid. Gemeld, men zou het extra poetsen, was nadien wat beter, maar nog niet grondig gepoetst in hoeken en kanten. Aan de schimmel in de douche hebben ze niks gedaan. - in de ijskast stond nog sushi van de vorige klant veronderstel ik. De geur die je tegemoet kwam was alles behalve aangenaam. - bij terugkomst een keer vastgesteld dat ze vergeten waren om de kamer terug op slot te doen na poetsen. Niet fijn als er 2 portables en een ipad op de kamer ligt. Inrichting kamer was kil en niet echt gezellig. Kortom: wij raden het appartement niet aan. Vrienden hadden een kamer van 2 met terras (junior suite volgens mij). Staat van de kamer was beter, maar ook niet echt deftig gepoetst. Van de 2 dagen dat ze er waren zijn ze 1 dag vergeten de kamer te poetsen.

Great location, great stay
Lovely hotel in a great location. Near to the Metro and easy to walk to many of the attractions. The staff there are really friendly and the breakfast was really good. Definitely going to stay there again.

Nice stay again (今回も素晴らしステイとなりました)
This was my second stay at this hotel and like last time, it was a very good stay thanks to the excellent staff and environment. This is a small hotel, so the breakfast is not the same as in larger hotels, but it is still carefully prepared and there is a wide variety of breads. The room was clean and well prepared, and there was enough space around the desk for me to work. The staff was very helpful and friendly, which made my stay very pleasant. 2 minutes walk to FAO and easy access to tourist attractions such as the Colosseum, which I didn't have time to visit. I would like to stay there again.

Hidden Gem next to Circus Maximus
Not the traditional hotel, but a very cosy place in the heart of Rome. We stayed during the Christmas period, and although operating with minimum staff, service was excellent. Big shout out to Francesca at the Reception and the gentleman in the evening who served us coffee and cookies late in the evening. And, by the way, make it a point to try the orange and fennel salad from the breakfast buffet! Thank you team for a wonderful stay!🙏

El personal muy amable , el desayuno muy bien.No vuelvo.Era un chalet que en la zona de aparcamiento han hecho habitaciones.No se podía ni abrir las ventanas, porque te veían los que pasaban.Puede que en verano se esté bién porqué habia una piscina.Pero no me ha gustado la habitación, no tenia ni hervidor de agua y paraba muy destartalada.El cabezal horrible.Si no te fijas te das un trompazo el la cabeza .No lo recomiendo , a pesar de tener un personal muy amable.Muy caro para esa habitación.

We were welcomed by staff at the gate on our arrival and had such amazing service during our entire stay. Breakfast was lovely, and although we had a minor issue with our shower, staff promptly foxed the problem. Location is perfect - firectly across from Circus Maximus and a 10 minute walk to the Colloseum and a scenic route to all of the major sights. Really great restaurants within a 3 min walk. Staff arranged for our taxi on our last day, which arrived within 3 mins. Incidentally, taxi to cruise port was €145 but worth every penny when you travel with lots of luggage. Super stay and will likely return

Loved the vibe of this hotel. The staff was spectacular. They went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Great location, especially for seeing the Colosseum. My only con is there was only one English speaking channel on tv. Not that we were in the room much, but would have been nice to relax at the end of the day and watch a movie. Other than that perfect place to stay.

This place is incredible, a sanctuary in rome. If i went back to rome i would stay here without hesitation. Walking distance to colloseum and restaurants and the pool and courtyard were so relaxing.

Tres jolie guest house dans cadre verdoyant, a proximite du circo maximo du forum du colisee et du Metro. Personnel sympa, tres bon petit dejeunee en terrasse, la suite terrasse est superbe et la piscine dans la jardin apres une longue journee de promenade est bien agreable

Lækkert lille hotel med pool
Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed nær metroen. Skøn have med pool. Rigtig god service. Kommer bestemt gerne tilbage hertil.
