Eneste som er bra med hotellet er beliggenheten
Hotell med svært enkel standard. Interiører var billig og lite gjennomført. Det ligger sentralt i Roma med gangavstand til det aller meste, som er praktisk. Vi opplevde rengjøringen som dårlig og fant flekker på håndklær, sengetøy og i dusjen når vi kom. Svært dårlig lydisolert med bråk fra gang og heis. Sengen knirket vanvittig som gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Greit alternativ om du ønsker å bo billig og sentralt i Roma, og ikke bryr deg om standarden.

gentile cliente,ci spiace contraddirla ma ci rendiamo conto che non ha capito nulla eccetto la posizione della struttura a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi.L'excellence Suite non è un hotel ma una guest house.Gli arredi a tema delle camere, tutte diverse da loro, sono molto ricercati e richiesti da tutti i clienti che scelgono la nostra struttura, oltre a risultare molto apprezzati.Gli standard di pulizia delle camere e della biancheria sono stati sempre valutati molto positivamente dai clienti che hanno soggiornato.Probabilmente ha confuso Excellence Suite con Hotel Excelsior,

Frokost var ikke lenger ett tilbud på hotellet. Dette var feilinformasjon. Vi hadde ikke valgt dette hotellet hvis vi visste det ikke var frokost der. Men hotellet var bra i seg selv, men å reklamerer for frokost når man ikke har det lenger blir FEIL

Vi fikk rom på 4 etasjen og det var ikke heis i hotellet. Det var veldig slitsomt. Frokost var ikke inkluderet i prisen. Kunne få billigere hotell med frokost i nærheten av Trevi fontenen.

Dear Guest, we thank you for your review but you wrote some wrong things. First of all Excellence Suite has 3 floors so if you slept on 4th floor, probably you didin't stay in our hotel. Second one we don't have the breakfast service, it's also indicated in your confirmation, so why you reserved Excellence Suite when you knew it and you are sure to find another hotel cheapest and with more services?

Rimelig hotell med sentral beliggenhet
Er man ute etter et rimelig hotellet som ligger sentralt, så er dette midt i blinken. Det er gå avstand til det aller meste av severdigheter, men hotellet ligger ganske langt opp en bakke og det er ikke heis på hotellet. Bakken og trappene opp til 4 etasje kan være tunge å gå etter lange turer i Romas gater. St.Peter kirken ligger ca en 30min gåtur unna, Castel St.Angelo 25min, Colosseum 20min, Pantheon 10min og Spansketrappen og Trevifontenen er kun 5minutter unna. I tillegg så anbefaler jeg en tur i Kapusinerkrypten i Santa Maria kirken som ligger i gaten ved siden av om man vil ha en opplevelse uten om det vanlige. I krypten finner man en utstilling av nærmere 4000 skjellet fra munker som er begravd der. Høres makabert ut, men absolutt verdt et besøk om man vil se noe annet enn de vanlige severdighetene. Blir man lei av å gå eller skal flytte seg over lengre avstander så er tog veldig billig og skal man ta taxi, last ned appen «Free Now», en taxi app som fungerer akkurat som uber, men mye rimeligere.

Dear Guest, we thank you for your review but we want to clarife somethings you wrote not correct. The hotel is in the historical center (5 minutes by walk form spanish steps and 10 from Trevi Fountain, the hert of Rome) and it's possible to see on the map. It's no near to San Peter and Vatican Museum because they are located out side of the center, but you can arrive in this place in 10 minutes with the metro. The metro stop is 2 minutes by walk from the Excellence Suite. So we didin't understand your comment "the hotel is far". The rooms are located on ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor; we 4th floor doesn't exist, as you written. The Excellence Suite are located in Via della Purificazione, normal quite street not on hill but with a slight slope. Just to give a wright view of the Excellence Suite to all guests. regards

Very loud at night sounds like a party next to me. The walls are very thin. Limited television selection. No coffee or tea in room. (Had some tea bags but tasted bad). Staff nice. The location is really good close to metro and nice restaurants.

Senior citizens beware of room # 1. We are seniors and we booked room 1 with the round bed. It looked wonderful and it is a ok room if you want a sauna. Well the pic is a little deceiving probably not in a purposeful way. But the bed is 6 inches off the ground - hence someone with a bad back or has trouble getting themselves off the ground - literally - maybe you should book another room. Just a note we looked at room 2 on the same floor and that bed was not a "conventional" height either. It too was low from the gound. Not as bad as the bed in room 1 though. Also the bedroom bed was so big there was room for only 1 chair. And the closet was adequate for a short stay but it was a tight fit. It had a little room in closet to store your clothes. Shower was ok. Sink water spout was so close to sink edge you could barely get your hands under the spout to wash them. Towels were very thin, but adequate if you don't mind thin towels. Otherwise there are good points. Luckily the manager let us move to another room to finish our stay there and we got a nice room with a nice bed that was comfortable. The air worked well, but it turns off when you leave the room. If it is 90 degrees out side (32 celsius) it is going to be warm in your room when you return from your outing. The bed & bathroom were clean. The floors needed cleaning which we notice they did not mop the entire time we stayed there. The shower stall is tight. No breakfast. Good elevator. Good location. Nice eateries nearb

Ad ogni modo se avessi prestato la stessa attenzione in fase di scelta della camera avresti evitato talune situazioni a te poco congeniali legate al letto.Le suite con sauna sono camere particolari con dei letti non tradizionali, come si conviene ad una camera differente dalle altre.Tutte le camere sono dotate di una scheda che deve essere inserita nell'apposito box per dare corrente alla camera.Se si vuole mantenere le funzionalità della camere, anche quando si esce è sufficiente lasciarla inserita nel box.Se lo avessi fatto, non avresti avuto alcun tipo di problema.cordiali saluti

The property was clean and convenient, and the staff was competent. There was a very minor "hiccup" in that 1:30 pm was given to me (by Expedia/hotel?) as the time when one could get into the room. When there, I was told it was the more typical 2:00 pm, but we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm (due to earlier guests leaving late, maybe.)

We picked this hotel because of its location. The staff was really great at getting us checked in & helping us arrange transpiration to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had issues with the wifi connecting to our phones & electronics as well as other people who were staying there were saying the same thing. Their after hours number wasn’t really helpful for example, our bathroom door auto locked us out & the employee on the phone told us to wait until the morning staff gets there. We also put the “do not disturb” sign on our door one day since we had everything laid out around the room & were quickly stepping out to grab supplies, however when we got back we saw the room had been tidied up by the cleaning staff despite us having the DND sign on the front of the door. I also woke up with bug bites on my back & along my legs, which made me sleep on top of the blankets for the duration of the trip.

gentile cliente,la ringraziamo per il suo feedback e per il suo soggiorno.Nel momento in cui ci viene segnalato un problema nella camera, il nostro personale deve intervenire, indipendentemente dal cartello posto fuori la porta, soprattutto se l'intervento riguarda dei servizi essenziali come il bagno.In questo periodo a Roma si iniziano a fare la loro comparsa le zanzare e tenendo le finestre della camera aperte è possibile che queste entrino nella camera.
