We are aware that our hotel is located in a transition area but this fact can be seen as a plus point because we are near to many attractions or public transportation services. Also, this area is part of the municipality of Fiumicino and not Rome, as many people can think. But, as said, the city center of Rome is easily reacheable by bus or train, thankfully, giving guests the possibility to enjoy the beauty of this breathtaking city. We hope you the best

Dear Guest, thank you for writing a review. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. During check-out we asked you how was your stay, and your answer was positive, we didn't receive any complaint in that moment. The hotel was recently renewed (2018-2019) so we can firmly declare that no room is old, but completely new from head to toe, on the contrary. Moreover, we turned a blind eye on the fact that there was a non-declared extra person in your room (the smallest of your children). Overall, this can be considered as an incorrect and disrespectful behavior towards peolple working hard daily. Regards

Hello, Samuel. Thank you for spending some time in writing a review. We have just checked the total bill of your reservation, and actually no water has been charged. The two bottles inside the mini fridge are always complimentary. The 70,00 euro fare you refer to was a transfer to the beach back and forth. Each price is always communicated in advance, this way our guests can decide wether to use our transportation service or not. Furthermore, the proposed rates, compared to other local transportation services (or Uber) are less expensive or have the same cost. As regards the beds, we do understand that we cannot meet everyone's expectations in this regards. Best

The size of the rooms are specified in each booking portal, so if you needed a bigger room you should've maybe take into consideration to reserve a superior double room. Furthermore, in every room there is a minibar. It is a square modern black refrigerator fixed on the wall where you can find two bottles of water for free. It is always good to ask questions to the hotel operators in case you need or you cannot find something. Best regards

Our hallways have lights with a brightness chosen consistently with the chosen design style, but we assure you that in no way does it impede visibility for safety reasons. The rate you chose did not include breakfast. As an alternative to the buffet breakfast at 10 euro per person, we offer our guests breakfast on a pay-as-you-go basis. The shuttle fare to the airport is cheaper than that offered by taxis or Uber and is also due to the fact that there is a fee to be paid at the motorway toll booth. Lastly, we would like to say that it is always good to make many considerations before booking your stay in a facility, especially in relation to the distance from the place of interest.

Teríamos preferido que escrevesse um comentário sobre os nossos serviços, a localização, a simpatia do pessoal, etc. Estamos sempre abertos a sugestões no sentido de melhorar e fazer cada vez melhor. Graças ao avanço da tecnologia é agora possível verificar as várias distâncias de um local para outro, pelo que talvez antes de reservar, pudesse ter verificado se realmente teria sido melhor procurar um alojamento que se adequasse às suas necessidades. Estamos localizados a 15 minutos de carro do FCO. Muitos motoristas do Uber trouxeram nossos clientes para cá. Caso seja realmente verdade que algum motorista do Uber se recusou a levá-lo até aqui, não podemos nos responsabilizar por isso. O custo que oferecemos é ainda inferior ao Uber e ao dos táxis e inclui também o custo da portagem da autoestrada. As opções de restaurantes aqui na região são inúmeras e todas a uma curta distância: restaurante chinês e japonês, restaurante de peixes, restaurante de cozinha típica local, uma hamburgueria-pizzaria e um McDonald's. Apesar de tudo isso, ainda esperamos que de alguma forma você tenha encontrado alguns pontos positivos nesta estadia. Até a próxima vez.

We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the message you sent us on the Expedia chat was related to having a room on the lower floor. It may happen that during high season we have more difficulties to reply to all messages, but despite this we have fulfilled your request. Regarding your unpleasant experience of traveling by bus to Rome, our receptionist had clearly warned you that it was not simple, but risky and insidious, and therefore the best way to reach the city center was by train, which is easily accessible. This would also solve the traffic problem. Despite the advice, you preferred to take the bus, aware that you could get lost. And so it happened. Dear Adel, thank you for taking some time to write a review. We just need to make some clarification, because what you wrote is incorrect. The price of the airport shuttle , which is a six-seater car including the driver, is 50,00 euro per car/trip (it is also writte on our main booking websites), so it means that if you are alone you pay for that price, but if there are, for example, 5 people in total, the cost is 10,00 euro per person. In your case, this service had been used by you and your daughter. The price never changed. We do know that it is difficult to reach us by public transportation from FCO Airport, and viceversa, but there were other options like Uber and Taxi which cost is even higher. But in the end you decided to choose our service without any problems. We therefore do not understand the reason to complain now after 2 months. Kind regards

We were not obliged to do that, we just thought that maybe you needed some help since you were in a foreign country and you couldn't speak a word of italian. Sometimes, little gestures are enough can not but repay the hard work of workers. We also don't know if this comment is due to the fact that maybe you thought us to be inside the airport.
