The best thing about this property is the location. It is very close to Vatican City, metro station, and food market. The place is also cleaned every day, which is good. The problem with the property is that it has no air condition. With temperatures over 30 degrees (about 90 F), it is almost impossible to sleep at night as it gets very hot. The fan is noisy and is not a replacement for an air condition unit.

Beautiful B&B, owner was lovely. Located in a fantastic location which meant we got to walk through St. Peters Square and see the Vatican every day. It is around a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest metro which is convenient if you don't like to walk, although I absolutely recommend walking everywhere as it is such a beautiful city and you see so much.

La ubicación del hotel es fantastica, a 4 minutos caminando de la entrada de los museos del Vaticano. La habitación era muy bonita y acogedora. El hecho que el baño estuviera compartido no nos afectó en absoluto. Lo unico que las camas y almohadas son algo duras. Hay una lista con recomendaciones de restaurantes y bares y numeros de teléfono de interés. Massimiliano, el dueño, es muy simpatico y dispuesto a ayudar. Recomiendo si reservais este sitio llamar un dia antes de la llegada, ya que no tiene recepción y puede que no haya nadie, como nos pasó a nosotros. Recomiendo este sitio y volveria a reservarlo.

nice B&B near Vatican, but could be improved.
we arrived early, before the room was ready, but were treated very nice and could already drop off our luggage. that was really helpful. the host was super nice and friendly with lots of assistance regarding places to see, etc. thanks for that!! the breakfast was a bit little...bread, jam, ham were ok, but only 1 slice of cheese for 2 People, just 1 coffee per person and no milk (until we asked) even though the kitchen offers cacao and Cornflakes was a Little weird. fresh oranges though were really nice to have ! :) Our room had air conditioning by a air conditioner standing on the floor. unfortunately it was extremely loud, you couldn't keep it running long. and it didn't cool very much unless you were standing right in front of it, I am afraid. TV was great, hanging over the bed...but no english channels. the bathroom is small and airless...all newly renovated though. the toilet seat was too small for the loo. there's a nasty mini step at the entrance where my boyfriend ran against with his toe...painfull experience...a red/white stripe would be helpful to draw attention...ouch!

Buono per trascorrere qualche giornAta a Roma. Qualità prezzo ci siamo quasi.. il proprietario persona gentile accogliente ti sa dare anche qualche dritta. Unico consiglio che potrei dare migliorare la qualità della colazione un po troppo confezionata l'arredo un po troppo ikea e toglierei la tenda dalla vasca. Cmq nel complesso buono.

Hübsches b&b sehr zentrumsnah
Die Zentrumsnähe zum Vatikan ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Mauer erkennt man bereits wenn man vor dem Gebäude des b&b steht. Die nächste Metro-Station ist nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt und somit kommt man auch gut zum Flughafen.

B&B idealement placé ,tres propre , quartier cool.
Tres bon accueil du proprietaire , qui parle parfaitement le Français. Il y a dans ce B&B , 2 chambres avec salle de bains independantes et 2 chambres avec salle de bain partagée , ideal pour famille de 4 personnes. Bonne insonorisation . Une petite cuisine commune ou l'on croise les occupants avec bonheur. Tres propre , service de nettoyage tous les jours . Quartier calme et animé a la fois. Tres facile a trouver , idealement placé a 5 mn du metro Otaviano , a 300 metres de l'entrée du musée du Vatican , a 5 stations de la gare de Termini. A 700 m de la place Saint Pierre . Le colise a 15 mn en metro . La fontaine de Trevi a 3 stations , etc etc . Excellent apport qualité /prix. Conclusion : Top

Tivemos dias maravilhosos no hotel. O quarto era confortável, limpo, bonito, bem organizado. A calefação estava na temperatura ideal, o banheiro era divino, com direito a música durante o banho e banho com multiopções de jatos de água. O responsável da recepção era um homem adorável e tentava nos agradar seja com dicas de passeios ou palavras em português. O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é que não foi fácil de encontrar, pois não constava o andar do prédio onde se situa. Eu voltaria novamente com minha família para esse hotel.

Max is the greasy!
"Max" is the greatest. We had fabulous time in Rome and throughly enjoyed our visit at B&B Near. The apartment modern, clean, efficient. The continental breakfast was well supplied and very good. Max was friendly and very accommodating, especially given our late arrival. His recommendations and tips for good restaurants and a walking tour were especially helpful. We will most definitely book with B&B Near on our next visit. We will recommend B&B Near to all of our fellow travelers. B&B Near is a great value. It is also very close to the Vatican and the Metro. All in all we had a great time. And Max - your English is fantastic and it goes without saying - light years ahead of our Italian. The Pendleton's.

B&B conveniente e ben posizionato
B&B di ottima location, ottima accoglienza buona la colazione (se ci fosse stato qualcosa di fresco e qualche capsula di caffè in più sicuramente sarebbe stato meglio), ma assolutamente sufficiente anzi... quel che mi lascia perplesso è il cambio di biancheria che avviene ogni 3-4 giorni, va bene per la biancheria da letto, ma il bagno?

Grazie mille per il Suo persnonale giudizio. Come da regolamento regionale la nostra colazione è fornita in monoporzioni senza manipolazione diretta di cibo e comprende: caffe,( o capuccino, lattemacchiato o caffe macchiato a scelta) marmellata, nutella, pane in cassetta, formaggio spalmabile e sottilette, burro, succo di frutta, cornetti, fette biscottate, inoltre nella zona comune, a disposizoine di tutti gli ospiti, cereali, biscotti, tarallucci, torta ( crostata o ciambellone) caffe solubile, miele e frutta fresca. Sono sempre a disposizoine degli ospiti ( tutti hanno il mio numero privato di telefono e sono ogni giorno nel B&B) per avere qualsiasi cosa - caffe, colazione speciale per celiaci e informazione - basta chiedere. E' per noi un piacere rendere felici i nostri ospiti. Stessa cosa per gli ascigameni che come da regolamento regionale cambiamo AUTOMATICAMENTE il 3° o 4° giorno. Siamo sempre comunque disponibili, in alcuni casi, a cambiare gli asciugamani. Anche in questo caso basta una comunicazione o un messaggio come scritto nei fogli che avete nella stanza. Da ricordare che prenotare in un B&B ha per Lei un costo molto ridotto ( 20/35 € a persona dipende dalla stagione) ed è per questo che il servizio non potrà mai essere come quello di una struttura a 4/5 stelle. E in quel prezzo è compresa la biancheria, la pulizia giornaliera, il wifi, la colazione e il riscaldamento/ariacondizionata. Inoltre prima di essere gestore di un B&B sono un viaggiatore e Le assicuro che sono poche le strutture che mi hanno cambiato gli ascigamani ogni giorno e di certo non erano B&B o hotel a 3 stelle. Grazie ancora della Sua recensione e mi scusi se mi sono dilungato. Ogni giorno facciamo il possibile per accontentare i nostri ospiti e rendere il loro soggiorno piacevole. Mi meraviglio sempre nel vedere che si preferisce una recensione ad una maggiore comunicazione tra persone che eviterebbe molti fraintendimenti. Sono Sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa.
