«Zunächst war ein rechtzeitiger Check-in nicht möglich, da der erforderliche Zugangscode nicht vorlag. Erst mit einer Stunde Verspätung und dank der Hilfe eines Nachbarn konnte ich das Haus betreten.Beim Betreten der Unterkunft musste ich feststellen, dass die Balkontür offenstand. Infolgedessen war der Teppich großflächig durchnässt. Dies führte bereits nach kurzer Zeit zu einem massiven Schimmelgeruch, der die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer über anhielt und die Wohnqualität stark beeinträchtigte. Auf ...
