This stunning villa measures 123m2 spread on two levels; there is one, big terrace of 30m2, the smaller one 10m2 and the top floor features a solarium of 40m2. The house sits on a 350m2 parcel with private, well-maintained garden and private pool that had been enlarged by the developer to allow for parallel lane swimming (10x3,5m). The pool has been completely renovated in 2024 and is partially shaded.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, living room, separate dining area, 1 bdrm & 1 bhrm as well as a storage room with extra fridge and washer. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has been converted into an office with a working desk and office chair, this room has its own terrace of 18m2.
All the furniture had been custom-made by the developer and is of very good quality. Kitchen is fully equipped, it has an electric stove, microwave, oven and dish washer. When compared to any older houses in the neighboring area, the villa has lots of storage space, three large wardrobes in the bedrooms and custom-made shelves in each room as well as in each bathroom that were ordered extra from the developer (cosmetic products for 2 prsn fit these shelves perfectly). There is a high-speed internet throughout the house, separate router for each floor. In the kitchen, a reverse osmosis water filter system is installed, so no limescale in your morning coffee cup! The house has its own water desalination system which treats the hard running water to the effect that it doesn't calcify water heater tank and other house appliances. Air con runs on two inverters, one for each floor, and works in dual mode ("hot"/"cool"), if one does not want to use air con during a night sleep, for example, there are silent ceiling fans installed in each room. Air con as well as all the lights can be switched off/on remotely by way of an "intelligent house" system i.e. you can turn air con on while at the beach so that the house cools down before you return. The house is part of only six villas residence and there are 5 other similar communities on the hill in the prestigious Dona Pepa - Ciudad Quesada enclave. This is an ideal house if one wants relaxation and comfortable, functional dwelling a little further from the 'first line' crowds.
