Perfect location to take a break and recharge in an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by nature and hiking trails, in a very central spot for exploring the Aosta Valley.



The apartment offers a bathroom with shower and a private balcony for guests, equipped with a table and chairs. The owners live in the same building. The garden is kindly available to guests, but it is shared with the owners and not for exclusive use. There is also a shared barbecue, and access to the garden is through a common area.



Just 10 minutes from Aosta and the Pila cable car (famous for its winter ski area and summer bike park), and about 45 minutes by car from Courmayeur (Skyway Monte Bianco) and the renowned Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths.



From the house, you can reach Blavy, Parleaz, Saint Christophe, and Valpelline via Rue Pompillard, a dirt path suitable for walking or cycling.



The city of Aosta can be reached on foot with a pleasant 50-minute walk.



Main services such as restaurants, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car.
