«Very charming place with welcoming people!»

«Hepsi diye biliriz, ofa konforundan çalışan personeline kadar herşey çok güzeldi.»

«excelent host»

«The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!»

«The shower must be repaired. Not possible to lock door with second lick due to no hole in frame for slide.»

«A very nice small boutique hotel, centrally located. Serviceminded and friendly staff. »

«A very nice and luxerous hotel with a service minded staff.»

«The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast ...

«Prefect quiet location clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were great and dinners too. I will stay again and highly recommend others too»

«The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment ...

«Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.»

«Cok temizdir »

«From the moment we arrived, our experience was highly disappointing. The hotel is situated in an unpaved area with rough gravel roads, surrounded by an overgrown vacant lot. Upon arrival, there were no English-speaking staff members available at the front desk. Instead, we were greeted by a maintenance worker who appeared to handle multiple roles. While he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming, he spoke only Bulgarian, which made communication difficult. When we were escorted to our ...

«Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!»

«Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend »
