«Expedia price and property site did not add up, we ended up paying more somehow. The cabins are very dated but we could see the property managers working heard to do upgrades. I slept on the couch. The shower was a stand up, it was very small. For me the value did not equal the experience but it is location, location, location. Banff and Canmore are not my favorite Alberta destinations.»

«Disappointing service and broken amenities
Our stay had several frustrating service and management issues. First, the coin laundry machine was broken, which was a major inconvenience since we desperately needed to wash clothes for the next day. Additionally, after housekeeping serviced our room, they accidentally left trash from other rooms inside ours.
While most of the front desk staff were pleasant, the woman working when we checked in and out was unfriendly and dismissive. When asked about ...
