«We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. «The space was very clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The host was very good at responding to requests promptly. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. «The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. Every detail inside and out is thoughtfully planned, bedrooms and sitting rooms comfortable, kitchen well appointed. Our host is most gracious and attentive.The upstairs bathrooms are a little cramped and the stairs to the top floor a bit daunting, but it is a great place for a large extended family or friend group.»
