«I selected this hotel for a three night stay because l thought it was good based on their reviews, boy was l wrong. NO ONE SHOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The hallways smell horrible, the linen is dirty with stains, the showers are dingy and room 211 has three major water stains and looks like mold growing on the ceiling for which my son and I decided there was no way we could stay at this location for one night better yet three. Liz is great;however, the Sales Manager is less desirable and refuses ...

«Decent, clean room with helpful staff. Breakfast was prepped well, included cereal, bagels/toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches which could be heated, granola bars, coffee, tea, and cocoa, milk. I didn't see juices. Tea options included several herbal varieties. Water in bathroom was very hot. needed adjusting to get it right. Room was small, but I had a single. Biggest issue was finding the place. The Victor NY location shares a parking lot with a restaurant, but there's no ...

«-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all ...

«The loft was beautiful in terms of aesthetic but did have some problems with cleanliness, as the room had many flies upon entry and continued to have flies throughout the weekend. The tv in the room also did not work but thankfully there was a projector screen that did, there was also visible mold in the bathroom toilet. Lastly, the staff kindly left me and my friend complimentary bathrobes to be used, however 1 of the robes had mold spores on the sleeve (seen in the pictures attached) therefore ...

«The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was ...
