«A relaxing stay. Lovely team that felt like family. They couldn’t do enough for us. Kerry at reception was exceptional- very professional and knowledgeable. Jo was an absolute gem. The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

«We had a wonderful stay in Cornwall. Helen was an absolute star our entire stay, from a cream tea ready for our arrival, to posting some forgotten inhalers back to us in Leeds after we had left!
The accomodation is beautiful and quiet, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We found it to be very peaceful and loved having the ability to cook our own food with the aid of plenty of supermarkets nearby.
This accomodation is not one to be missed!»

«We arrived around 18:00 and checked in. The lights in the lift needed replacing. The TV in one of our parties rooms only had very limited channels. The single beds were very narrow.
However, the rooms were very clean and the shower was excellent. Parking was easy and the views across the Golf Course excellent.»

«Lovely little hotel with great staff and rooms.
We were lucky enough to stay in the Lostwithiel room beautifully comfortable bed with a bathroom that was huge.
The breakfast was amazing with the hospitality second to none.
All in all we had a great stay and will return when next visiting Bodmin.»

«We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.
