Hotel staff were welcoming. The room was clean and decent furnishings. The room was slightly small, but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was part of charge and was good quality. Staff were thoughtful and helpful.

Another poor experience
This will be our last time staying here. The room had loads of weird sticky things on the wall, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work properly. Would add photos of this but this app won't let me. Breakfast was awful, they've changed it, the mushrooms had been covered in pepper and tastes terrible, the sausages were different and they consistently get the bacon and scrambled egg wrong. No one ever asks how your stay is when checking out just take your key, check the system and say that's all okay. In the 3 months that we have been staying on and off every few weekends, we thought that things would improve with the staffing, but it's really not. The lifts were dirty and had spills on the floor and smelt awful. Don't be fooled by the fact it's a new hotel and the ratings reflect that, it's a poor place to stay

Bed was supposed to be King size but was in fact 2 singles together so you sunk in the middle, not so comfortable. Check out is at Midday but staff continually knocking on door, (3 times), trying to hurry you up… I left at 11.30am. It’s a new hotel so has a lot to learn

Tens stars for the hotel same for the staff
Absolutely six star ten out of ten. The Italian lady at reception was outstanding. NOTHING was too much trouble, she went above and beyond, just brilliant. All staff were excellent including the cleaning staff. All very happy and it was evident the customer comes first. The hotel was exceptional, very clean and felt very safe. We have family in the area we would definatly return.

It was very good except the fire alarm went off at 7am on the sunday, as someone stuck a cake in the toaster. However no one meber of Staff knew what to do even the fire service turned up.

Second time of staying, an improvement on last time most definitely. States that there is free bottled water but there definitely isn't on either time we stayed and drinks are ridiculously expensive, over £5 for a bottle of coke and a water! Lifts are covered in smeared handprints but the rooms are very clean. Bearded guy that cleaned up in the breakfast area, was incredibly friendly, a real asset to the team.

A pleasant visit except for one thing that was a bit disappointing My wife is profoundly deaf and relies upon subtitles when watching tv. Our subtitles wouldn’t work and staff realised nobody’s worked either So this was rather shocking but nobody showed any empathy towards her? To me this was very much how lots of people view deafness almost as a minor disorder !! I can assure you it’s very serious indeed and things like subtitles matter very much to a deaf person.

Nice hotel.
Nice fresh looking hotel. Comfortable beds and the waffle maker at breakfast is a nice touch. In my opinion the beating was slightly high so the whole hotel seemed a little stuffy. But I know that’s subjective and that’s just my opinion. Overall a really nice hotel.
