«Avevo prenotato questa struttura principalmente perchè aveva la piscina (primo filtro impostato della ricerca) e, arrivato sul luogo, ho visto operai che stavano piastrellando la piscina e la reception mi ha informato che la settimana successivsa avrebbero aperto. chiaramente su Hotels.com non era menzionato nè loro lo avevano scritto. «Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch.
