Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!»

«Loved this property. I was there for the Cincinnati Fest that weekend and this hotel is by far the best. Nice area with the Aquarium and entertainment in walking distance. The ladies at the front desk weee amazing»

«The bathroom had not been cleaned. They charge for parking upon arrival, but then when we left the ticket they gave us to get out of parking garage did not work so we had to pay again for parking. So on top of the room fee we paid an additional $40 in parking. They were only able to credit us $15 back. The breakfast was sub-par, ran out of food 30 minutes before hours ended, the hot food was awful.»

«The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked ...

«Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating.»

«Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things ...

«The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad.»
