«yes the staff were courteous. It was annoying that when you walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to Herbie's the restaurant door was locked and they wouldn't let you in that way. They insist that you take the elevator via the garage but I don't like elevators if I can avoid them »

«Great location in a beautiful setting. Every staff member was amazing- always friendly and willing to help. Very clean with lush landscaping. You can actually swim to the reef for snorkeling from the end of their pier. We ate almost all of our meals on site, because the food was so good. Staff is very helpful & provided great recommendations for tours and other activities. Transportation is super easy and inexpensive.»

«I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location ...

«The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive »

«My stay at the Oceanview Hotel was great, but what truly sets it apart is the owner, Edgar, and his wonderful family. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We struck up a conversation over lunch at the hotel restaurant—where the food was excellent—and ended up talking about sports. «The hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities included was great especially the kayaking and Wi-Fi service. The only thing I wished they had was a television in my hotel room. But all in all we had a great time at this hotel.»
