* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
* In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.
