Welcome to Happy Endings—a 4-bedroom beachfront home with dock, perfectly located between West Bay and West End, Roatan! Enjoy spacious living, stunning sunsets, and easy access to snorkeling, dining, and island fun. Ideal for families or groups seeking the island vibes of a Caribbean beach escape.

Happy Endings Beach House is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The Island House office is a 5-minute drive from the home. We will meet you at Happy Endings to check you in, we will provide you with phone numbers to our office staff in case of emergency. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Secure online payments for direct bookings are processed through a 3rd party payment processor, ChargeAutomation.

The Bank is located midway between West End and West Bay. It is a quiet but vibrant residential neighbourhood. Located a short walk along the beach are The Boat Bar, Ibagari Boutique Hotel, Turtle Beach and Blue Roatan. At the Blue Roatan Beach Club there is a beachfront swimming pool and restaurant, just 100M from the house.

Happy Endings Beach House is a private home, guests have access to the dock, ping pong table, beach toys and kayaks, some snorkelling gear.

Welcome to Happy Endings! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront home is in the Banks, a quiet area located between West End and West Bay. This is the perfect rental for anyone looking to stay directly on the beach during their stay on Roatan.

There is a screened in area below the home with comfortable seating for the whole group. This is a great spot to get out of the sun during the day or to relax during the evenings. Upstairs is the rest of the living space. There is a screened porch upstairs also which leads into the home. Walk inside from the porch and guests find the living room, dining room and kitchen all together in one large space. There is a 50" tv in the living room with local cable and internet. The kitchen has a gas stove, large fridge and a dishwasher and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare that feast for you and your fellow travellers.The dining table has seating for 6.

Past the living area are the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms: a king, two queen bedrooms and a bunk bed room with single mattresses. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (plus entry from the hall) and a tv, and the second bathroom services the rest of the house.

Happy Endings has wifi throughout, central AC and various water toys for guest use. A generator is set up to provide power automatically if the power fails. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance including Ibagari, Xbalanque and Blue Roatan to name a few. Guests can walk to either West Bay or West End, boat taxis are also available to get guests to either village.

Anniversary trip

This is a wonderful house in a wonderful location! Close enough to walk everywhere but just outside the activity of West Bay. The house is exactly as promised-it is right on the beach, fully stocked, clean and relaxing.Highly recommend using the concierge services, we were able get assistance in anything we needed or wanted to do. Thank you!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful 2 week family (of 7, 5 kids ranging in age from 13 to 24 y/o) vacation. Scuba diving, exploring Roatan but mostly hanging out and relaxing at this great house! Thank you to Shanna for being so responsive and Chito who kept the property always looking amazing. The house is perfectly located halfway between West End & West Bay.

Absolutely Amazing and Beautiful!!

Happy Endings was the perfect place for our family of five to stay. The location is perfect since it is between the busy beach of West Bay and the lovely village, West End. It was like having your own private beach! Chito was amazing and kept the grounds spotless! If we needed anything, he was right there to assist us! Tasha was super helpful making sure everything was lined up for transportation. Shanna was great during check in and check out! The house had four bedrooms and worked perfectly for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and drinks. The neighbors to our left were super friendly and hooked us up with Captain Billy. He took us to some awesome snorkeling spots and to his mom’s village for a delicious, home cooked meal. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime with our kids and we made so many wonderful memories. We had game nights in the screened in lower level. We all had a blast playing ping pong. I seriously cannot say enough great things about this place and everyone there! I highly recommend this place and hope to return some day!

Private yet convenient to everything!

My husband and I traveled with our two adult children and their spouses. A driver picked us up at the airport and took us to the local grocery store for supplies before arriving at the beach house. The caretaker Chito was there to help us carry luggage upstairs. The upstairs porch is so nice for coffee in the mornings! The house was well furnished and had plenty of room for the six of us. Chito keeps the beach pristine and even brought us a few more lounge chairs! Be sure to use bug spray because the sand fleas can be brutal. Just behind the house is Dana Market with fantastic baleadas for breakfast. The house is centrally located between West End and West Bay. We would message Big John Water Taxi to pick us up and drop us off at our destination. So handy! Next door is Belvedere's Cucina Italiana which is under new management and we were their first customers. Wonderful lobster tail and two sides for $28! Also within walking distance of the beach is Boat Bar, Muna Luna and Lotus restaurants. We arranged for a driver to pick us up to do some site-seeing at Mayan Eden to see the monkeys and sloths, stopped off at Roatan Brewery for drinks and lunch and then Roatan Rum Company. The next door neighbor arranged an excursion with Captain Billy where we snorkeled two sites, seeing the most beautiful coral reefs, fish and a sunken ship. Highly recommend this stay! Location and view is exceptional! This was our first trip to Roatan but definitely not the last!

AWESOMENESS!!

Had such a great time, I would stay there forever if I could. Right in between West End and West Bay easy walk, or five dollar per person water taxi ride. Boat bar two buildings down and a few restaurants to the left that were all super amazing. 100% recommend.

Excellent Place to Stay

This was a great house to stay in during our 10-day Scuba Diving trip on the island. The property had a caretaker named Chito who made sure that the beach was well-maintained and the ground floor was always clean of sand. Boat taxis were available for a quick $5 ride to West Bay or West End. The second floor, where the bedrooms, kitchen, and living area are located, is fully air-conditioned. The price included electricity and cleaning was done every Thursday. The fridge was connected to a filtered water system, which provided us with good ice. We booked the house because it had three bathrooms, but only two of them had air-conditioning. The third bathroom, which was located on the ground floor, did not have AC. However, it was convenient to have this bathroom for quick access to the beach. We also had access to a washer and dryer on the ground floor. House is conveniently located right next to the Ibagari along with several restaurants and bars within walking distance on the beach. The Dana Store next door makes up great baleada’s and awesome breakfast.

Beach and Diving Paradise

We thought this was perfect for our family. The house was within walking distance to both West Bay and West End, and a few minutes walk to fantastic bars and restaurants and our favorite dive/snorkel shop. Chico the gardener kept the place immaculate. We had a wonderful stay at Happy Endings and hope to return soon.
