«The room was good The property was not kept up we had to tell them over and over about a turn over trash can stairs not cleaned»

«The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area.»

«The room lacked some basic amenities, such as an iron box. However, the biggest issue was the room key, which was extremely frustrating to use and did not unlock the door easily. «Very nice staff at reception. Breakfast was typical American (no vegetables), but room was veey spacy and nice. »

«Had a clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking Gatlinburg. Staff nice and helpful. Can take a short trolley ride from hotel into Gatlinburg without having to find parking or pay for parking.»
