«The property is very comfortable and convenient to pool and beach with children. Very clean and so quaint. The pool is great but had a few little places where the concrete was a little rough around the drain. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage. »

«have no complaints about my stay at the cypress moon inn, you cannot beat this place for the price. Location is beautiful, with a balcony that gives you a nice view of the sound side. Breakfast is some fruit and muffins, restocked each day. It's a light breakfast, perfect for starting your day. There's a Walmart nearby just in case you forget or need to pick up anything. «I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides. «Olga was great and checked us in early as the room was ready, thank you Olga! Breakfast was plentiful and filling, the warm apple cider and cookie in late afternoon in the lobby was nice as it was chilly outside, though it did seem one guest had taken up week long residence in the common lounge with feet up on one of the nice leather couches under a blanket for most of the day. «Nice hotel with great location in a beautiful area we highly recommend visiting! The only strange part was that you come straight into parts the bathroom when entering the room, which makes it prone to get dirty very easily. Nice breakfast with various food-options. »

«We had a wonderful off-season Christmas getaway at the John Yancey Inn! Our room was extremely spacious and everything was spotless. The bed was so comfy, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Water pressure was great in the shower. The larger mini-fridge was convenient for keeping beverages and leftovers fresh.
